Other people and me (mostly other people) are working on a fan translation of the DS game Gyakuten Kenji 2. And I am looking for some help in figuring out the control codes used in the game.
Specifically, I am trying to build a flowchart out of it to visualize the flow in the game. Here (extremely wide!) is an example of my progress so far. The flowchart isn't very good as it is, since there is a lot of missing control codes that deal with the flow. I am looking for someone to aid me in figuring out the control codes of the game. I am a firm believer that a greater understanding of the control codes can only be improve the quality of the translation. Right now I am trying to figure out the E145 control code, it uses a three number address system (case/part/counter), but the script is addressed by a (file/section counter) system in the other control codes that has been uncovered. I strongly suspect that there is a look up table for the addresses. But I lack the skills to find it. Could I please get some help with this? |
