On Zelda for the NES, I want link to hold up to 500 rupee's instead of 255. So I was wondering if there is a way that I could make link hold more rupee's?

Yes its possible. You just have to rewrite the asm routine to include an additional register, which will allow you to hold more rupees. FF in hex gives you 255 rupees, so another 255 on top of that will get you there. :-)

Np, and just a couple things i should mention if you dont know already. 1. Theres 3 registers for the rupees, one displays the amount, one takes value in it and adds to the display register, and one takes value in it and subtracts to the display register.
