So, I have two problems: the first is that I can not change the palette of the sprite megaman (blue, light blue and white) to that of Protoman (red, gray and white)
I'm going to level / palette editor and look for the three colors at the center, bottom.
The second is always Megaflex enemy editor for Megaman 3 / weapons: I downloaded the hack of Proto Man 3 and I would deviate the attacks.
I choose to do that interests me the enemy / megaman damage to 0, but there are also letters, a, b, c.
I tried putting 0 and a letter but the attacks did not deviate.
Help me, please.

its right here:
for megaman 3 in pal editor window...


make sure you click the "weapon menu" tab button thingy, then type the numbers into the box under that little megaman sprite. im not sure if those are the correct numbers for how proto looks.

I can not bring up the image that you put.
What procedure do you do?
I have used to hack rom, maybe that's what is different from me?

what??

are you sure you're using a megaman 3, 4, or 5 rom ??
NOT 1, 2, or 6 ??

Ya just do what you said yourself - from the main window -
level --- palette editor --- click the "weapon menu" tab on that window you see on there on the bottom half like the image i just showed you, and you'll see a little icon of megaman, pick your colors there by clicking the color boxes, or typing the numbers manually

One last thing: when I save the colors work, the problem is that when it says "READY" and then you see megaman, blue is the beginning, when I press the star and pressed again, it becomes the color chosen by me (mega buster).
Is this normal?

yes, it's normal; mm3 loads from
3c8a8-3c8ab (default 0f 0f 2c 11) the default color, like after entering a stage
and
4650-4653 (default 0f 0f 2c 11) after selecting the buster

what deflect shots with sheild?

So you want to change megaman to protoman right?
im afraid that will honestly require needing to do actual ASM coding. The fact that none of the 6 NES mm's had a playable protoman of any sort, that's what it makes it harder.
