I started to remodel the original Zelda A Link to the Past game a long time ago.
Unlike Goddess of Wisdom this is a modification, but despite that
the dungeons are quite different to solve with a lot of new tricks and hidden
objects. The star on the floor has many meanings in this game. Sometimes it will
change the pits on the floor, but usually it means that something is hidden.
In this case lift or hammer everything. At one point it even serves as a switch
for opening the door.

I was concentrating to change the gameplay as much as possible, so even a veteran
of the game can easily get stuck. The game is also more difficult than the original,
but still quite easy at some points. Despite the fact that this is a remodel,
it still took a lot of work, specially because of the number of the dungeons.
The overworld, however, is less modified, but there are a lot of barriers, that
will force you to search for the correct path. A smart player will quickly see,
that this is much more than just another vapid master quest.

Puzzles and gameplay strategy is more difficult (and more changed) here,
but in Bruce Campbell vs Ganon some bosses are more difficult.

Yeah, so? That's not a very nice thing to say there.

In comparison to Bruce campbell vs Ganon. Because it has holes everywhere that get you 100% stuck.

Yeah, it's an ok hack from what I've played so far. Its compatible with the PSP as was GOW except the Naming screen is all messed up but other than that its fine.

The biggest problem with this hack is the stupid mazes STOP WITH THE MAZES practically every screen there is a maze, the impression I get from all the mazes is that you use the mazes to hide poor (overworld) creativity or just plain laziness.

Also the use of the stars to hide
Spoiler:
retextured tiles
is kind of over used, it gets boring and predictable. But other than that the dungeons are good.

In later versions/hacks I would like to see you remove some of the mazes and replace them with new rivers/islands/trees/building/other puzzles or ATLEAST don't use repetitive blocks. For the stars you could just remove the majority of them and make the player search for the hidden paths (DON’T remove the stars from rooms with hidden chests, just put the star in a completely different section of the room)

P.S. I have finished the first three dungeons but cannot finish hyrule castle because I can’t get the Big Key. I DON’T have the master sword, Pegasus boots, ocarina, shovel, or flippers and I HAVE tried to bomb myself to it but it’s impossible. From what I’ve seen in the 15+ hour streaming video, the next item I am probably missing is the flippers but it could be the shovel I don’t know, but I do not want to go through that much video to find out where to get it. So if you could be so kind and tell me where to get the flippers/shovel.
I don’t know if it’s intended or not but I can nearly finish hyrule castle without the master sword or Pegasus boots…

First get the flippers. They are in the cave just before the desert entrance. Than you can get the red boomerang from the waterfall near Zora domain. Next is the Church. Move the ornament shelf. On the end there's a chest.
Regarding the Hyrule castle. You need Pegasus boots there to bounce to the chest.
The shovel and ocarina are optional, but there's another important item in the southern swamp.

I reviewed the first opinions of this game.

General Negative sides of the game, based on the user opinions:
-to much mazes in the overworld
-the lack of the dark world
-to much red soldiers at the beginning
-to difficult at the beginning but easier towards the end
-unmodified text

General Positive sides of the game, based on the user opinions:
-dark world dungeon design
-dungeon design in general
-new gameplay
-new dungeon puzzles
-no major bugs on the first release

Bugs when patched to the wrong original rom:
-Link comes to BG2 (instead of BG1) when going to the second room of the 7th
dark world dungeon. If this happens, you patched to the wrong original rom.

That's nice to hear, since the walkthroughs for this game are quite rare. Theres only one completed one on You tube, the other one has 8 parts but was abandoned.
