The screenshots look rather nice, with the exception of the last one; the (presumable) desert background looks more like some kind of vomit sea. You should try to pick a different colour scheme for it, especially if you can manage something that contrasts with the foreground more strongly.

That is the palette of the emulator
In the editor looks diferent(and better), maybe i should use other palette files from other emulators(?)

What emulator are you using?

There is a lot of NES pallettes, some are more accurate than others. Nestopia have a fairly accurate palette, while for example nesticle is way off the mark.

The last pic reminds me of the Road Runner & Wile E. Coyote, change the palette to a more desert like and you'll be good to go. Good luck with your hack.

Nestopia's pallette is fairly accurate to the real NES, especially with the NTSC filter so I would try using that one as well.

Well, i haven't made a update in days

For now i'm not able to continue this game
Since i have Windows 7, i can't use visine anymore(doessn't run) and i don't like the rm2 editor because the scroll settings glitches the game when i change it

But i was able to make minor changes like new palettes and Boss fighting style(Boss Ai?)

Also, if there's another Mega man 2 editor, please let me know!
I don't want to cancel this prokect as i did with old games

(oh!, and my english is not perfect).

EDIT:ignore the level editor problem, i found how to fix it!.
