I dunno, it's appealing to the eye but the 'Dread' sinks behind the 'Metroid'. The texts seem to be a bit too flat as well.

Added a fake 3DS logo and fixed a grammar issue. Moved some logos and fixed other mistakes.

Wouldn't it be fun to go to GBAtemp with this?

I have to agree with that, except for the flat part. The "Dread" seems semi-hidden behind the "Metroid". I personally think it could get confused with "UreaU". I think if "Dread" was pushed down a bit, it would look a lot better. Seeing that it says "3DS" in the bottom right corner, could you possibly make one of those cross-eyed 3D images on a smaller scale? Just asking...
