And yet they still expect -me- to vote. I rarely do that.

How's getting hit by a parked car possible? I'm wondering.

It is possible. One time I was talking in a parking lot and bumped into a car. The question would be am I getting hit by the car or is it getting hit by me?

Semantic nonsense.

Depending on how you look at it, that might be a very philosophical question or a pretty straightforward one.

I'll pick "straightforward" for $599, Alex.

Why pick straightforwardness when you can have a PS3 for the same money?

It isn't like this is a political voting to elect the people who shall govern board2 for the next four years. The Mosts are just an ancient tradition that's basically about fun and communicating one's perception of the others (and, perhaps, also an opportunity to get back on them or vent amassed frustrations ) through the months since the previous ones. The whole point of the ritual kind of stands and falls with as many people as possible voting, so even if you are a newbie - especially if you are a newbie - you should vote. We old farts expect you to.

I still barely know anyone here. I suppose I'll observe some more stuff, wait a day or two, and vote. Eventually.

I wouldn't get hit by your fist though - I'd be hitting your fist.

You can't hit without being hit.

Anyway, it just feels weird to vote without being well known, like, a foreigner that gives the deciding vote on an election of president of some country, and the following years he's blamed for the bad government (yes, I know it has just been pointed out that it's not about this, but that's how it feels anyway).

I voted in the Russian parliamentary elections a few months before renouncing Russian citizenship and assuming the German one, after having lived in Germany for about 12 years.

Also, really, how many "well known" people are there? The nucleus of usual suspects is pretty small.

Been for like a year and a half.

Being a communist has its good sides, but it's a massive hurdle for studying abroad anywhere that isn't the country you have a decent set of privileges in because of having spent most of your life there. Besides, the Russians could have refused to give me permission to leave until I completed mandatory military service if I entered the country again.

Let's see now. Decisions, and Decisions.

For Mega/Rockman Hackers, the Top three kuja killer, Matrixz, and infidelity goes on my list. And I done the January 2010 hack of the month voting polls. People voted more with Mega Man Ultra 2. Then Ririka came along but become inactive since after Christmas.

SMB3 Hacking, might be Mineyl, zbyte, Dahrkdaiz, and Quick Curly.

Randomless goes for Googie (Before he quit), Torin, SePH, messiaen, willj168.

So much Rom-Hackers to vote for. 1 for each game of choice.

DahrkDaiz, boingboingsplat, Marzen, SX, HyperHacker, Sukasa, Stark, Mega-Mario, knuck, Angelfage, zbyte, you, Kironide, Arbe, MapleMario, Kawa, jceggbert5, ninjablooper, Ailure, Trelior, KP9000, Tyty, Xenesis, Xeruss, Paulguy, Cirvante, Trapster, and Nightkev are well known enough to have votes for them, while I don't know most of them.

Actually, I have a really hard time knowing who to vote for what, maybe I'd feel more integrated if I frequented the IRC channel...

Also:

Most likely to vote in the wrong thread: Insectduel is winner!

...

Oh wait, those aren't voting categories so he wasn't doing that

Hm. I got a vote for most insane? I'll take that as a compliment. I actually laffed when I saw it.

I can understand why some people didn't vote. SOME people, however, SHOULD vote... Kawa, Blackhole... You two know EVERYONE here. So VOTE.

It's nice to know I didn't get on Traffic Light's list of well known people. Maybe I should stop randomly lurking and randomly posting some day.

I dunno if I'll vote.. maybe.

Okay, okay! You get my "most likely to appear at random" vote too.
