Acting like the big bad wolf trying to blow down our houses.
This little piggy's house is make with 15 of cement and reinforced with an iron gate, protected by 35mm Gatling cannons outside of every window.
So, yeah.

A petawatt laser literally fries anything it comes incontact with in under a microsecond. The energy output is enormous. Anything NEAR it will have its skin burnt ioff instantly.
Government uses this to split atoms and make vacuums.
