Agreed, just imagine what would happen if 5 members decide to change their layouts and posting them simultaneously, it'd be a mess (I'm obsessed by worst case scenarios and Murphy's law).

Besides, I thought this was CyclopsCaveman's personal layout thread, until it was stickied.

You guys' argument is pretty weak. If multiple people come out with layouts at the same time, just put <Username>: before replying to a specific person to show you're talking to them.

Nothing in the line of a *new* layout, but I did make links stand out a lot more now. They're now green instead of blue.

I'm sure some people appreciate this change.


Also eventually I might dynamically select the styling used based on the day, date, or even hour. Not sure.

If you go with hour, choose some prime number so that eventually all possible styles appear on all possible hours, I'd not like to miss some style if I never log in at 12PM or some such.
