We picked up eight inches of snow last night. I woke up this morning at about 10:30 and immediately went to start shoveling the driveway. Since I did it by myself and the snow was heavy from it starting to melt, it took me roughly four hours and my shoulders and upper back hurt. |

Another day of about eight inches of snow. I meant to wake up at 10:00 to start shoveling the driveway, but wound up sleeping until noon. Luckily, three neighborhood kids dropped by and asked me if they could shovel it with me. Our combined efforts took what would have taken me all day and sped it up to about an hour's work.
Here's the kicker, it's still snowing like a motherfucker and I'll have to go out and shovel again in a few hours because it was coming down fast enough the first time I shoveled that we had about a half inch back on the driveway by the time the kids were going to leave. This. Shit. SUCKS! |

I just looked out the window, it's been roughly two and a half hours and we already have about two inches of snow on the driveway again. I wish my digital camera was both operable and within reach, because I would take pictures and post this stuff up because this is INSANE! |

Supposedly what appears to be an endless rainfall but the weather predictions here are faulty. Right now, it isn't raining and it said it was supposed to this morning. At least it's above 20 C/68 F.  |
