They didn't IP ban you because you failed to type your password. It's a security measure. If you fail to login 5 times, you get IP banned. You should email Xkeeper so that he removes the IP ban and resets your password if needed.

Meh, I can't go to that because I'm not in the mainland. I'm on the largest Ryukyu island known as Okinawa. =D and c77 is on my birthday, haha.
