GOLD goes to Marzen (2 votes) cause he actually cares about what you say, sometimes.

2) Best ROM Hacker

GOLD goes to Quick Curly (3 votes) because he hacks ROMS well
GOLD goes to SePH (3 votes) because he also hacks ROMS well
GOLD goes to kuja_killer (3 votes) because he appears to hack ROMS at the same quality level of the other 2.

3) Best Programmer

GOLD goes to Kawa (6 votes) because he programs lots of games that he never finishes BUT THEY LOOK AWESOME.
SILVER goes to Sukasa (5 votes) because he helps add stuff to the board
BRONZE goes to Blackhole89 (2 votes) because he does stuff for the board sometimes.

GOLD goes to KP9000 (7 votes) because he is an awesome admin who deserves his power
