I'm trying to make an rpg type army game using either Dragon W type games or Final Fantasy. Both nes. My problem is that their either too small in the game or too fat and look like blobs. I would show some pictures, But i'm on a public library pc. And they have restrictions. No one is allowed to upload photos of any kind. My home net ready pc is down for the count at the moment.
I would really appreciate it if someone would draw some for me. I'm using an older pc not internet ready to work with it "Way to sow for internet". I don't have problems drawing trees and such, Just people. Please include both male and female type sprites. |

A lot of the JRPGs follow conventional styles, especially in regards to faces. I suggest just looking over how the characters are drawn across a bunch of games, and try to emulate their style.
For starters, Final Fantasy I~V, Just Breed, and SaGa Frontier (those three SNES/SFC games) follow a chibi-esque style of sprites. It's what I started to do and mine look fine enough :E |
