an ips file as an entire rom. So, anyone wants to play this
"hack" or rom, find it on the net. There is a special (not online)
version.

This is the file name:

Yes. You are lousy. I tried to help you here, but if you can't figure out how to remove a few hundred bytes from the front end of a file, you're quite definitely unfit for any form of ROM hacking.

But you forgot to mention the original fail of downloading the wrong hack altogether and commenting about it here only to reveal he hadn't even checked to see if the title screen was the same...
