I'm working on Super Peach Sisters 3 right now but I'm going to need help from you guys to recreate a new Game Title Screen for it. And I need the Stage Clear Icons to be a P or a D as in Super Mario Bros 3. Is anybody good with redesigning Game Title Screens? Help appreciated here and once the game is done I'll post it.

But back on topic, I have a free game to show off. It is called Cho Ren Sha, It is a japanese game originally for the X86k, but it has been ported to PC. Sorry Mac and Linux users  . It is an old skool shooter game, with pretty bad collision detection on your ship (which is a godsend in this game  ) It makes it really hard to hit you. There is also a cheat code for it to change some aspects, but it looks more like its for debugging____________________ The One and Only Otoko Yariika! I am surprised this hasn't made it here yet. Fraxy is a free SHMUP-like game where you can fight various enemies in a "free mode" or also pre-made scenarios, it comes with an editor to create your own enemies, and there's apparently also a way to create your own scenarios("try" in game, the english translation is butchered) though I haven't done this yet. Here you can find various ships, and a single scenario to download, it's a very fun game. ____________________ There are things I want to put here. Like a cool picture, my 8-bit theatre character test result, my MS and RO characters... But it's 12 AM, and I'm sleepy. |

Now, I know most people consider RO the board's communal online game of choice, but I consider this game a relatively decent (if not exactly in-depth) alternative. It's a small, free download, and it will run on the likes of Hiryuu's PC and works fine for people with dialup. (Not everybody can download a 1 gig file, you know.) It's also remarkably easy to set up your own server, and I have done just that. It should be on the public server list with the rest; the password is "millybot". ____________________ What sig? Worms 1 - Cool game, first version of worms game.
Worms is a series of turn-based computer games developed by Team17 Software. In Worms, players control a small platoon of worms across a deformable landscape, battling other computer- or player-controlled teams. The games feature bright and humorous cartoon-style animation and a varied arsenal of bizarre weapons. Worms is a military game. Explore the sinister side of nature as you control a troop of armed-up, never-say-die Worms in an arcade-strategy extravaganza. Use shotguns, Bazookas, Homing missiles and Banana Bombs in your bid for survival and the ultimate accolade...Victory! Worms is a strategy game for the masses, featuring up to 4 teams of 4 worms, aiming to destroy the others on a generated terrain. They are armed with a wide range of weapons – the standard ones as bazookas (which is affected by (random) wind settings and gravity) and grenades (which are affected only by gravity), both of which can score up to 50 points of damage (default energy for each worm is 100). The others include a Fire Punch, dynamite, air strikes, and utilities such as ropes and girders. The weapons in the game range from generic stuff like shotguns to much more original and interesting tools of destruction such as exploding sheep and dragon punches. Each worm has a set amount of health and when that runs out you will lose that worm. Once you lose all your team of worms you will lose the match. On the levels there are other ways to die as well. The most obvious is the water. On the bottom of every level is water, and if one of your worms falls in it will die instantly. Another way to damage a worm and even kill a worm is by falling from a long distance. There are quite a few levels, all with different kinds of layouts and scenery. There are 10 styles of terrain, ranging from forests and deserts to Candy land and the moon (complete with affected gravity). Shots leave craters in the ground, and complex tunnels can be formed. Play is turn-based, so each player must make their move and shot before time runs out – be careful to choose a sheltered area to leave the worm. Worms game is an outrageously fun combat with an army of worms! Other worms games: Worms 2, Worms Armageddon, Worms World Party, Worms 3D, Worms blast, Worms Forts, Worms 4 Mayhem, Worms: Open warfare (1, 2). |
