It would appear that Rockman 2 Gray Zone is finished, so I thought I'd post to let everyone know. The IPS can be found via the following link:

Yea i just got it last night.  I was really impressed and awe'd that WINED made the gameboy mm4 title song. It sounds really great upgraded to NES sound. I really liked that song very much |

Wow, someone actually posted that.
I am pretty proud of WINED's work and this must the one of 2009's best hack of the year. I have no idea when Me and Konchuu will start the ceremony but there are bunch of Rockman hackks to nominate in the 2009 year either at my old forum or the forum owned by RondellMole429. WINED must've worked that MUCH hard to make this and the music also sounds great. People asked me to do runs of this hack but I will not attempt to cheat or Tool-Assistance. Anyway, congratulations to WINED with his completed awesome hack. |

I've been waiting for this one. I'd rank it right up there with Rockman No Constancy, except I think RnC was better difficulty-wise. Greyzone definitely has the best music and graphics since RnC, though.
I played through a demo version that was complete up to the fifth Wily stage, so I'll be eager to see the game's conclusion. Thanks for posting! ____________________ Back from the beyond. |

Posted by Keiya633 No prob! Now if Rockman: Mind Roar and Rockman: Abnormality would just get completed, I'd be a happy man! I stayed up all night last night playing through this hack. It's a great play. Not quite as hard as RNC (No Constancy) but it'll still make you want to pull your hair out. The Wily stages seems to be where the hacker really tuned up the difficulty, as the robot master stages weren't as tough as I thought they would be. The GFX in this hack are nice too, and the music fits perfectly. Great Job WINED!! |

9/20/09- Version 1.2 of Rockman 2 Grayzone
I don't know if WINED either fix bugs or fix the game difficulty. Either way is fine. Spoiler: BTW, Downloaded another Chiko hack for Rockman 2. I am going to start protesting if I see if Chiko steals graphics work from others or the lack of editing. Which makes me a slow remodeler  . |

I played it, enjoyed it alot too. Though I can't say I officially beat it because the last level...well see for yourself;
An endless fall with death being the only other thing. Maybe I got a glitched patch or maybe it's not quite finished yet. EDIT: Wait, I think I see the problem. My version is the outdated one. I'll nab the new patch now. DOUBLE EDIT: Yup, that was the problem. Nevermind... TRIPLE EDIT: There, got a :C: for the game. Holy crap did that patch ever change the Wily Machine AI. Last boss was nasty too until I found an exploit to lessen the difficulty. ____________________  |
