It really isn't optimized for anything. The only thing I see that could go wrong is that if your font size is rather large, it will fail to reach to the bottom of the table cell.

Last view: 1936 days 		I think it's actually relatively cool looking, the problem I see is that the part of it with the actual post(text, etc.) pushes the top and bottom of the layout farther out than the picture of the two people.

I can, but both cooking and doing the washing-up afterwards is beyond the hassle treshold I am willing to accept for a single meal. Whenever I can get other people to do the latter part for me (which effectively doesn't happen these days) in return for a part of the food, I do cook quite happily though.
