Hey Seph! Don't forget to add a cool casino music in it along with the Lufia 2 mini games.

For casino music, I would recommend you the one from Alundra.
Too bad that I can't find it on Youtube as the track only.

Fixed an error in the VWF code, that limited letters to 8x16. Now the letters can be up to 16x16 in width.

Also, notice how I'm testing out different fonts too.

I'm trying to make it so that I can easily use this VWF routine for my other projects as well.

It's a game for the SNES called Galaxy Robo. It plays sort of like the Super Robot Wars games.

That is one awesome Title Screen i must say! :o
Is it an complete overhaul mod, or is just some small area changes (Like Dungeons, skins and so on)?

Anyway, keep it up! ^^

Well, I've already posted this in the Rom hacking releases threads, but this place seems to be more suitable for videos...I might get scolded for "double-posting" or something, but I can take that risk just this once...

I'm not working on my Mega Man IV hack until Winter or Spring 2012. I'm still have interests doing Mm4DLC (Mega Man 4 Dr. Light's Conquest) to prove newbies and veterans how good I am.

Do you guys remember the guy named Frank Maggiore? He's the guy that made so much SMB1 hacks and 2 SMB3 hacks.

I'm porting Frank's 2nd SMB3 hack into the Super Mario All-Stars version. A long time ago, I got his permission. So far only the world maps are completed except the palette sets and 16x16 level panels. Frank's 2nd SMB3 hack is my favorite SMB3 hack before Schwa's SMB3 Chao's Control hack or even Acmlm's Strange Mario Bros. 3 hack. I changed the title screen a bit.

So let me get this straight, you're taking sole credit for some other guy's work.

Yeah, having permission doesn't mean you don't need to credit Frank.

I think he's saying that he's taking credit for the work to port it. But yeah, insectduel, I think you need to credit him in the ROM somewhere to avoid confusion. Say, add the letters "Frank's 2nd" to the top of the title screen and "hack" somewhere at the end.

Somewhat related: I'd totally work on title screen data for this game if there was a tool like FCEU's RAM/PPU viewer to assist me.

I'm getting to that point! If I could figure out how to edit the background table tilesets in the title screen and not the CHR tilesets using the tile editor. The vSNES has that option to view PPU tilesets for savestates. I would try to corrupt the savestate and then find the ROM offset.

Let me know what you find. Visually, I am quite adept at title screens and I would love to hack this.

I've been doing research on 16x16 tile editors for backgrounds. Check out the map screen screenshot.

You've noticed that I created the new 10+ level panels replacing the crappy weird level panels in the SNES version. The weird panel in the SNES version has it's original NES 8-Bit.

I'm providing the ROM offsets for some of them if you want to use them. When I'm finished hacking the game, I'm updating the whole thing entirely on my SMB3-SMAS document guide.

x10D496 - x10D49D Quicksand 16x16 Tile
x10D896 - x10D89D Spade Animated 16x16 Tile
x10D706 - x10D70D Road Water Unused 16x16 Tile
x10D1BE - x10D1C5 Weird Level 1 16x16 tile (They are 8-Bytes for each weird level tile which is all 9 of them.)

I've also found the starting offset of the Title Screen background editor.

x105702 - Title Screen 16x16 editor

This screenshot I showed you before, I'm going explain this part of the research.

The (C) 2011 2004 were 8x8 sprites. I don't know anything about 8x8 editing yet. And the INSECT DUEL are 16x16 sprites. All of them are palette set 2. The only main thing is the background and I'm going to put Frank's 2nd on the top of the Title screen.

vSNES does help me learn about 16x16 editing and their palette sets. And gotten a little help from Lunar Magic (SMW Editor) to find the palette sets and tileset tables.
