All these stats. Unused.

I propose we make a simple battle system. You could challenge a user by going to their profile and hitting a "Challenge button". If they respond, you will battle. You can watch the battle later on. (I'm not necessarily sure how the battle characters are going to come into vision. Although we could make a simple graphic for items you have on to go on a stickman.)

The battle will work like this:

Both players' speeds will be added up and then the "system" will decide who will go first based on a dice roll type system. Each players' speed will be their chance of going first out of the total. Then it would be turned based. Now for the battling stats. HP is self-explanatory. MP would be energy for hitting special moves.(Each type of weapon could have a different one) Atk would be how much damage you would hit and any random amount of your opponent's Def would be subtracted from your damage. Your Int would be your chances of doing a special move out of the maximum level limit. (Int x 10 ) Dex divided by 10 is how many turns you could be able to fight for without having to "rest" for a turn. Speed would be factored in as your chances of dodging the opponent's attack out of the maximum level limit. (Speed is magnified x 10 ONLY IN THIS SITUATION). And Lck is your chance to hit a critical ( Does 50% more damage than it would normally) hit out of the maximum level limit. (Lck x 10) I have no idea what MDf is. I will add a battle function for it as soon as I figure it out. O_o

All those stats were put in as the beginning of a battle system, then the coders went "fuck that we're lazy" and left it unfinished for 100 years (or thereabouts). It won't get done.

I've seen battle systems on boards work really well. On an old ISO sharing website called PinkPuff, we had a RPG battle mod put into place where we could battle based on our posting stats, weapons you could buy, etc. It was turn based, but the ONLY thing that sucked about it was the fact that if someone left, the battle would keep going, and then people would forget about them.

My suggested fix: make a popup window that, when closed, informs the user that they have run from the battle and a small percentage of their gold be left behind in compensation for the run.

I don't understand how hard it is to code it. It's really simple, take input command, calculate, present output command and execute calculation on variables.

Yeah, it's called "Acmlm left and nobody else was particularly interested in picking up the project".

Also, post and battle levels are the same stat. Battling raises it, but so does posting in general.
