We've all got one weapon we like to use on our bosses more then the others. What's your favorite, and why?

Mine are probably:

Energy Egg: Easily the most versatile weapon, and can be invaluable to help cut the part count down in many cases.

Needle: Slightly weaker than the vulcans, so you can use a ton without it being annoyingly spammy, yet get the player to move. One needle won't kill you, so you can afford a few hits here and there, but you still have to be careful when there are a lot.

Blade: Now, I use these more aesthetically as opposed to a real weapon. The Extra Parameters really help with that, too.

So, what are yours and why?

Barrier: It's usually almost always my substitute for a core. (You guys DO notice I hardly show cores on my creations, right?)

Needle gun: Versatile as hell, also used for my variables gun set.

Energy Egg: Moar versatile

Search Light: LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT, BABY!

I also like to use blades in a more aesthetic way than a weapon, Bukk. They just seem to work very well that way.

I'd have to say that the Homing Lasers are my favorite weapon, as you can probably tell by how many bosses have them. I just think they can make some awesome-looking patterns.

Also, I can tell you which weapon is by far my least favorite: the Powerball. I don't think there is a weapon that I die to more. It's like any time ones around, I'm like 'Oh, you know what would be fun?! Blowing myself up with that there powerball =D !'

Either the Energy Egg for versatility or the Homing Laser for Awesomeness (its so awesome its Awesome gets capitalized) the Powerball for annoyance or, of course, the Missile for extreme versatility and annoyance.

Blades are good too though...

mine would be the vulcan when using the event i call repeatspam...i set the vulcan to keep repeating its shooting so it shoots probably like 6 bps

For some reason, I'm a big fan of Slow Ray - maybe because of its looks. On the other hand, I haven't got much time for experimenting new missle weapon...
