Their sense of spatial perception would allow think to "see" in dreams, but definitely not in a way we would consider "seeing."

Last view: 4072 days 		Depends on how they'd see, were they blind from birth, or afterwards, I think if afterwards they can still see in their dreams, if they've been since birth I think they can still see, but they'd see odd objects and crap.
