Parameter 5 & 6 were like this since the previous version. 5 is right as you say, but as far as I know, the correct setting for Par.6 to shoot everywhere is 2048, since a 360º in Fraxy is equal to 4096.

You are indeed correct, 2048 will cause 360° shooting.

We have the 20091021beta patch!

"Corruption, fix a fatal defect that occurs in isolation
Destruction and isolation (including separation by destruction) was doing a very bad move that would then be subtracted from the number of parts in the multi-effect that occurs when the core parts managed at the same time.

The move did not work in the normal game, but it may be because of this the editor.
Fixed a bug that was strange to be tested in Soll Diffuser
Fixed a bug that can be absorbed by the destruction of the players also Soll Diffuser
Fixed a bug that would disappear remain in contact with to determine the Energy Egg Stun."

2048 seems to have a stray shot, with the spacing between two of the bullets dramatically different than the rest. Eboshidori used 2010 for his Virgo XX's 360° shots, and they came out seemingly perfect...

2048 stacks the last two bullets. But these two bullets deviate slightly during flight!
That's the problem. Case closed.

Hm, maybe that exparam isn't quite 100% accurate, then.

We get new version.
FRAXY 20091023beta

- Some new try commands to check player status.
- 2048 now fires in an exact circle. Wait... He simply stopped the last two bullets from overlapping. There will still be a gap at the rear end.

Yeah, it seems the patterns for higher numbers are gone too. It just circles around and around... So, for a perfect circle, use 4096. It'll overlap on itself, yes, but at least it's a complete circle.

8192 overlaps itself 4 times, for example, and/but looks like a perfect circle. Useful if you're just making a plain bullet-hell boss.

EDIT: At least it does with a v5 value like 200. Lower values are still finicky, of course, so just play around with the numbers until it LOOKS like a perfect circle.

OK, got that covered. Attack parts page has been updated with the three new parts.

I understand now what MON did to the Angle Parameter. When you put any value lower than 2048, it works like how we're used to. But, when you put 2048, it uses a similar division system that the protractor uses (4096/Parameter 5). -2048 simply flips the system.

Looks like a 20091024 patch came out while no one was looking.
Also, the Fraxy dl page is all centered now for some reason.

Edit: Also, it looks like the next version will feature some modifications to the Try scripting system, and as well the "movement" frame values of the effectors (the values displayed in the editor) will be fixed.

It's not centered for me.

Eh, it was for a while. Probably forgot to close a <center> tag or something.

Your friendly neighborhood Fraxian will now thrash out the new beta.

FRAXY 20091109beta

NEW FEATURES:
- Global Variables. Exactly what it says on the tin!
- As promised, the effector frame values are now correct.
- "Change to display the corresponding number of effector-specific parameters in the behavior of the parts more" - I don't understand.
- Some try file changes to increase rendering speed.
- Enemy and folder are displayed in pause menu. Still no folder based browser, though.

MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES
- Enemy appearance timing for Free Play is faster.
- Random Folder option for Free Play.

Global Variables seem to.. not work. They work fine in the editor, but in game, they don't seem to amount to anything.

Maybe, but this is a classic case of the editor working fine when the game doesn't.
