Not removed, made unavailable to public, then renamed to search_reg.php on I3.

The search in post text portion of it was the only part that worked.

However, since the demand now seems to have appeared, I just fixed that by adding a not less experimental search in thread titles. AND and OR work as linking keywords, with AND taking precedence over OR.
