Im asking this because I dont know anything about asm and barely know EXGFX.
Everybody tells me to LEARN. I know that it is the best way yes..
I made some nice skeleton chucks and koopas but took me forever to do.
I just love to create levels and im not big into coding.

I thought about it when my last hack wasnt so successful because it looked like one of the first hacks out there. Well it was but not released in that time.

If someone could share with people like me and begginers in hacking mario world an IPS patch giving us lots of EXGFX, sprites and ASM to play around with in LM it would be greatly appreciated. I tried to insert those hammer bros. into a blank SMW ROM and couldnt (yes im that bad). I spoken to a friend and happily i wasnt the only one!

If there is already such a thing, give me a link please.
Me and lots of people would love that.
Never found it anywhere. This would motivate not only me im sure!

PS: Oh and if someone wants me to share my skeleton sprites just ask me and I can make a new thread with a link to get them in it.

ExGFX insertion and, thanks to sprite tool, sprite insertion are both awfully easy things to include, and if you can't get something like that figured out, you probably should stay off hacking. Contrary to the sentiment lately arising in some communities, hacking isn't about point-and-clicking levels in a fancy graphical editor after reading heaps of tutorials, but about figuring things out on your own.

As for the most widespread assembly hacks, I believe those are most commonly distributed as IPS patches anyway. Then, something like LevelASM won't be much use to you yet...

Seriously, could you please not post any requests for base hacks with ExGFX, Sprites, ASM? People are not going through so much JUST to give you a base hack and everyone else one, too. If you really, really, really, REALLY need one, I could make one for you, just stop begging as that WILL NOT get other people to make stuff for you. BTW, not many people can do Large ASM hacks, anyways.

Hey I am aware that hacking is finding things and learning things by yourself. I am not against that concept, I was only asking if such a thing was already out.

I can add Exgfx a little bit, I just didn't spent lots of time in it.
I know how to change sprites.
I dont know crap about ASM and special sprites and yes I have trouble with inserting tools. I insert things and dont find them.

Some people are just not as advanced and implicated in that like you guys.
I posted this because I want to have fun hacking simply. I just don't have the time to read big ass tutorials like before and not because im too retarded to hack.

I left hacking for 4 years now and when I came back, everything was so improved. I dont even remember how i did things in my own hack.
If you didnt want to help well its okay but just don't simply tell me to stay off hacking. This is like calling tech support for a company and the representative tells you that you're a dummas.

Yes I just want to point and click and so other people wants to.
Once again I was just asking if there was one, not asking if I suck at hacking, because I know and dont give a fuck.
You can still do amazing things without any advanced knowledge and I just wanted to experience further.

"I'm giving my best to learn, can you give me a bit of a hand?" works better than "Can you do everything for me? I can't be bothered". Not many appreciate "putting on another's laurels" (is there even an equivalent idiom in English?

I'm still giving my best to learn. I never knew it was such a problem asking for that. I used to mod peoples xboxes and ps2s for free. I know you were not serious about the thing contract with that board, because it would be very illegal, but I think once again that with youre position you should not post things as: 'Go read instructions', and 'theres a tutorial for this

Even if the hacker was the worst in the world, he may be able to do something nice in the future. I've seen lots of posts like those from you, and this is really putting people down coming from people who knows better. I really agree you do. I am very good at hacking other stuff but ROM hacking is very complicated for the moment because I missed a lot. And for your information, last time I hacked mario world the only tools that were accessible were Lunar magic beta something with the little mario and not the one with the cape and YY-Chr. So thank you for telling me Im at low level. I could have got used to the new shit by myself without you downgrading me. In that time yes there was only Exgfx and point and click man. I think you're just not accepting other mentalities. You get pissed off after people because they dont know as much as you. This is not good for a forum, because usually it is made for sharing. Acmlm was great before. And there is still great people in it. I remember you before and you had more respect than now.

There is an Advanced ASM tutorial in the ROM Hacking Forums.It's made by Sukasa, so thank him if you ever figure it out.

First off, before you ask any questions, you should look to see if they've been asked before, or if the information is already posted. You so obviously did not do this, which is why everyone is pissed off at you.

I know that part already. And I already know that I wont get any positive responses. Keep posting against me if it makes you feel good.
