I have been working on this on and off for a while, but lately I have have not been working on it much. It is an alternate extender for preparing a Super Mario 64 ROM for editing with Toad's Tool 64. I figured that I better write a quick readme and post a WIP release, or it would just sit on my hard disk unused. It has been developed under Linux and should be very portable. It is not quite ready for prime time, and I welcome any suggestions on how to best add Windows support to the makefile.

Out of interest, what's special about this one that the other extender doesn't do?

1. It works on Linux, and other Unix like operating systems.
2. The original extender has problems on Japanese systems resulting from some kind of text encoding change being applied to the binary input.

As did the other extender (as well as TT64 itself). That is, if you have wine installed.
