Introduction
Hey guys. I am back. This is my secret project I have been working on for ages, and now it is time for you to see the fruits of my labors!

Story
Pokemon Gamma takes place in the PkMn World equivilent of the 1600's. They are no fancy machinary, and no tech based Pokemon, such as Proygon (2), Voltorb, Electrode, Castform, Magnemite, or Magneton. You play as a young lad, growing up in a new region. There are no gyms, instead just Dojo's, and those who can defeat all the Sensei's of the region's Dojo's will gain admitance into the Elite Plains, where you can spar with the four most Elite trainers in the region. Also, TM's will be replaced by books, which teach the 'mon how to use the attack. Much more coming soon...

Hacking Base
Pokemon Emerald
Also, I am using the Kyledove base

Progress
Smallthorn Village=Mapping Done
Elite Waterfall=Mapping Done
Stonefall Way=Mapping Done
Stonefall Cave=Nothing Done
Schoen Town=Mapping Done
Heather Maze=Mapping Done
Laura Settlement=Mapping Done

NOTE: Sprites need to be changed

Thanks to...

My crewmates and friends at Team Aeon-For giving me constructive criticism and support
Zel-for getting me to start hacking again
And you, for reading.

At least this time there's a fairly good reason to use the Kyledove base at all. It's been done to death, but the time period depicted makes it kinda okay, I guess.

Thank you. I actually came up with the story because of the tileset. Pretty weird, huh?

First time I see it. Then I hadn't spent much time in Pokémon hacking community, due to obvious reasons.

I can't help, but like the idea of a Pokémon hack that isn't set during modern times.

You'll need appropriate Poké Balls though.

Well you can't really have pokeballs in the 1600s...

Yes it has Mudkips. Somewhere.
It won't have 'PokeBalls', but it will have the Apricorn balls.

In Pokemon Gold you can take Apricorns to this guy (forgot his name) and he'll change them into pokeballs. It's also mentioned people used apricorns to catch pokemon before the modern pokeballs were invented.

Oh. So at least it makes some sense then...

Guys name was Kurt.

Technically they didn't use the apricorns themselves. Rather, they made (relatively) primitive but actual Poké Balls with them.

Posted by "Bulbapedia"
There are multiple artifacts and antiques which have similar properties to modern Poké Balls but are not technically the same thing - some, in fact, are not even balls. These range from unusual artifacts found in the ancient city of Pokémopolis which contain Giant Pokémon inside (seen in The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis) to antique Poké Balls which look similar to their modern-day equivalents but have an altered design and are made from a more fragile material (seen in Just Waiting on a Friend). Given that these were made before the development of the technology used in modern Poké Balls, the workings behind these objects are a mystery. Another early Poké Ball design is seen in Pokémon 4Ever when Sammy uses a Poké Ball brought from his own time with a lock on its button to call out his Charmeleon. This model seems to be much closer to the modern design.

Clearification time! You take the apricorns to Kurt's ancecestor, you makes them into very primitive pokeballs. And about the download, I will post a beta that goes to thge first gym when the scripts and sprites are ok up to that point.
