Got some more berries working. This next set is the kind that restores some HP, but causes confusion if the taste is wrong.

Implemented so far: cherry, chestnut, peach, strawberry, Asian pear, orange, persimmon, mulberry, citrus, fig, kiwi, mango, guava and papaya.

Left: litchi, longan, salak, pitaya, apricot, langsat, starfruit and enigma.

Ingredients: raspberry, blackberry, banana, Western pear, pineapple, pomegranite, kelp, loquat, honey dew, grapefruit, tomato, corn, mangosteen, rambutan, lemon, melon, palmtree, watermelon, durian and blueberry

Note that ingredients are mostly irrelevant to battle and will not be bothered with any time soon.

I would suppose its hard to be done on a ROM hack, and the ROM mustve lacked something, with what you've just said.

Close. The answers I was looking for are:
* it's indeed hard to do, and would require some massive skill to insert. But when you rewrite the entire game engine from scratch, it because real easy.
* Your post is wrong because you bumped by about three months with something that relates more to Pokémon hacking in general than OpenPoké.

You don't NEED to put it in a romhack of Ruby/etc because OpenPoke is it's own game. It's essentially a brand new GBA Pokemon game coded from scratch, which will come with its own editor (which will hopefully be better than the two already available ).

Also, Kawa, any progress?

I'm trying to get over my depression enough to work down this TODO list for the battle system, and made a new script compiler that only needs to be merged into the editor.

Oh, okay. Its a shame though.

You could just ignore the messages though. I get messages from pepole on Youtube saying 'haw do i mayk utube pewps'. I simply ignore them.
