Hi guys, I was wondering if there's any documented TSA data for the enemies for this game, I would like to try something out with a couple of enemies mostly of the airship level. If anyone has it I would really appreciate it, I checked Zophar's and RHDN but no luck...

And another question is, what is your opinion about team hacks? Are they worth it or just a waste of time?

While I can't help you on the TSA data, I do have an opinion on team hacks... namely, especially with large teams, it's worth a try if you can bring up the necessary amount of organization. For a long time, the commonly accepted point of view was that they are an impossibility to pull off and, as you said, a waste of time, and I would have gone with it without much consideration; however, recently, the cooperative efforts behind those Japanese guys' SMW hack (which was made on 2channel under further complicating conditions, with most contributors being anonymous and hardly even distinguishable between each other, and yet beat most recent one-man efforts in terms of technical impressiveness and often level design) made me see that cooperative hacking is possible, and I wish you good luck if you want to try it on anything.

When I put together that SMB1 team hack back in 2005, it was nothing but fucking drama.

Drama rant like lawlz.

It's only good when people are dedicated on working as a team, I just hated it when people stared vanishing without a trace or not even as one e-mail to say they were dropping out of the project. Blackie said it better than me, I'm just ranting on what I went through and when the final product was finished people who e-mailed was shitting on the hack cause if it's current state. That team hack coulda been so much better but when people disafuckingppear there was nothing I coulda done.

I'm supposed to be working on 2 team hacks atm, a SMB3 hack and a MM1 hack and maybe a SMB1 hack to help with my motivation. Right now I don't have motivation to even work on my own projects cause of the things I'm going through in my personal life, only a few friends that ROM hack knows what I'm going throguh, and I'm glad that they're encouraging me not to give up.

Sorry for the cursing sweetie, I just had an awful day and the heat and humidity doesn't help matters either. But hopefully you'll get the help you need with the data you're looking for.

I'm currently in a team-esque project and the only reason I think it hasn't nose-dived yet is 'cause of the way we're going about it. I wanted to help out, so started drawing characters for him. Then I went to graphical stuffs as he did the data as he was originally. We though about a new story, and so we threw around ideas. As it is, someone wanted to help somehow, so he'll insert the script and edit everything when we're ready.

It seems when people are picked up with motivation to do things, a team-based project works. When someone asks people to help, the interest is usually only there 'cause someone wants help. That can die out pretty quickly.
