Wait, what? Are you retarded? Are you trying to say the whole reason this happened is because he's been trolling? Because, unless you don't get it, he's been trolling because nobody is doing anything about it. He's proving a point that, quite frankly, needs to be addressed, and Xkeeper was the one who did that addressing before he was ripped out of power.

Ignoring everything else because I already have stated how wholeheartedly I disagree with it.

He is trolling. It is generally accepted that trolling never accomplishes anything good. Before he started trolling, everything was much, much quieter. Some people were complaining, but it was not on this level. His trolling has not accomplished anything good. Thus, he ought to stop trolling and just leave. Quod erat demonstrandum.

Re-opening on grounds for people to calm the fuck down. That goes for both members and staff.

I've already stated last week but no one seems to listen to me.

If blackhole/members affiliated to him and Xkeep/members affiliated to him could come to some sort of an agreement, I think we would be better off than this absolute two-year-old HORSESHIT that you people keep on ensuing. I beg all of you to grow the fuck up. Seriously.

If the two parties involved would graciously get along, the rest of the forum could actually operate in piece, yet you people get all the people involved with something that simply goes towards two people. The whole 'whoever the fuck is trolling the other' person crap is absolute bullshit. Someone threw the first punch and it kept going. I agree with optomon about whoever shuts the hell up about whoever sucks first but I'd like to take it a step further and go 'whoever would like to acknowledge a truce' bit first instead of aimlessly throwing text around and going absolutely nowhere with this.

I mean seriously, what the hell is wrong with you people? In the past week I've seen an entire forum split once again, I've seen people who I thought were stable and level-headed become assholish bigots and really this makes no sense. This could be easily resolved and yet...

The core of the conflict seems to center around how Xkeeper was overthrown, while nobody else on the boards other than those who openly agreed with his demotion really knows WHY he was demoted, because, in their eyes, he was an excellent admin and an important part of keeping the board in shape.

What I think we first need to know is real, justified reasons as to why "blackhole and co" decided that Xkeeper was detrimental to the board to the point that he had to be demoted, and why it's so important for him to stay that way. Things like "I own the server, I can do what I want" are quite childish, and the adminstrators of the board itself should primarily have the say in matters such as these. Personally, if I disagreed with how Xkeeper was treating the board on my server, I'd simply ask him to leave - it wouldn't be my right to decide the board was my own, and to claim it as such. It isn't my board.

Once we hear this, I'm quite sure we can work out the kinks in said reasons and come to some sort of compromise - perhaps even move to a new server, if need be.

I was not around DURING the board split but I was around somewhat on incarnation 1 and (relatively) quite often on incarnation 2. I DO, however, know what went down on incarnation 3 and everything I don't know I can generally figure out.

I was just saying that this seems to be the ||board split repeating itself, complete with piles upon piles of drama...

It's really shocking how similar the two are, though... only there's no real FreeDOS + equivalent, I guess.

I was during incarnations 1, 2, and 3. Including the split. It wasn't anywhere near this bad from what I could tell. Rather: posting normally one day, then suddenly the board is down.

But that's also an official split. There had been marginal agreement it would happen. This time it's more like a gesture of protest against the new administration here.
