actually, I did take that weeklong break from the board I said I was going to, barring a few things:

- matters involving getting the new staff set up (started it before I left, needed to get done early)
- occasional needed posts for threads
- occasional unneeded posts

For the most part, I abandoned all administrative duty for the week. And I don't need to "admit" my addiction, I already have

Yes, I'm being an asshole and trolling. I'm trying to force the administration here to do something instead of sitting on their ass (consider it my unique way of fixing problems)

Beyond that... it's really the only reason I was. They are letting other trolls run free as it is, so why not have some fun for once?

Considering the fact that your approach has done nothing but cause more drama, and hasn't made the administration act, I would say that damn near every way is better by default, on account of not being actively harmful.
