Back on the old board someone (HyperHacker?) did a guide to the Z64 Debug Rom, like where all the level select options led to, button commands etc...

Does anyone still have this or know where it is?

EDIT: Found it, but it's down. Anyone have a backup?

Tch, I forgot about that. *Puts it back up here* It's way out of date though.

Indeed, especially when it lists one of the game rooms as being a "beta room" when it's a hidden dungeon in Lost woods. But I think I pointed out this in the past before. And the textures in room 116 are actually used in a temple. Or as I can remember, I need to play through ocarina of time again.

Damn; all the ROM sites I know of only have the original rom and not the debug version. Would it still be illegal to ask someone to PM me a link for the ROM, since it's not the original, commercially sold version?

already looked there but in vain.

It's not anywhere I've looked and a "Quick Google search" didn't work.

It's not at the "Paradise of Emulation"
It's not at the "Nation of Roms"
It's not at the "Mini of Nova"
It's not at the "Bay of Pirates"
It's not at the "Torrent of BT"
and every other site has lead to the dreaded 4of4 message of disappointment.

So all these methods that help me find everything...aren't working and I'm out of options.

So what now O'l33t'ones

"CONGRATURATIONS! All Pages are displayed. THANK YOU! You are great debugger! [In debug error text. Note the Engrish.]"

Interestingly enough, I found this string in the Nintendo 64 version of Doubutsu no Mori, as well as the string "forest@srd038J.srd.nintendo.co.jp...01-02-14 16:37:16" (which seems to share a similarity to "creator:zelda@srd44")...

Found it.

That was fun to screw around with.

(Also, I looked up the credits for OOT, and I can find no one with the initials of "SRD" there.

I would bet on SRD being a team name, as opposed to an individual name. That would explain srd44, srd038j, etc - build server names, specific to that team.

Software Research & Development? Sounds reasonable to me.
