Then again just call me an odd Megaman fan since I hate Zero, and really wish the series would have ended with a real duel between X and Zero (like X2 and X3's endings hinted at), but I guess that was just TOO dark for Capcom. But it would have been epic. Instead we got the monstrosities that are X7 and X8. That's like saying Superman 64 is overrated, just because you and everyone hate it doesn't mean it should be on an overrated list just so you have more excuse to bitch and whine about it. Yeah, I guess I do this too much but I just hate how people seem to try and find any excuse to bring it up. |

Check The removal of retarded fishing levels everyone hated? Check Improving the shooting levels a hundredfold? Check Improving the treasure hunting levels a lot as well? Check Improving Sonic's running levels, while removing Tails' dull and easy variant and Amy's slow variant (Sonic games aren't supposed to be slow!)? Check Why the complaining? They improved the stuff that worked, and nixed the stuff that sucked, making the sequel a far far better game. On the subject of Sonic, Sonic Labyrinth gets a lot of hate as well. Sure, besides the use of it's characters, it has barely anything to do with Sonic, and it's not really that great a game in the first place, but labelling it one of the worst Sonic games of all time, or even going as far as calling it one of the worst games of all time? No. It's a completely decent game as long as you ignore the fact that there's very little Sonic about it. |

I agree with Shadic, SA2B was underrated. I mean, seriously, they got rid of Amy except for multiplayer. Sonic Battle was highly underrated also, it's really fun to play. ____________________ D: Can't think of anything original.... |

Underrated:
Metroid Prime - Yes, I believe it is underrated, since for me, it is one, if not the, best single player experience of the last generation. LoZ: Majoras Masks - The awesome mood in this game makes it (plus alot of other things, like great gameplay etc thats common to the LoZ series) IMO actually the best LoZ game. Fallout - The best game in the Fallout series, and a great computer RPG. It feels like you are actually living in another world, and can do more or less what you want, not like a sort of interactive fiction like some console RPGs... Overrated: World of Warcraft - Suffers from way many of the normal RPG and MMORPG flaws (ie, grinding, quests that doesnt effect world, it feels like a lot of the world could be offline etc) Halo - I saw the first videos when it was going to be a Mac/PC game, and it looked really cool. 5 years (or somesuch) later, it is released for the Xbox, and not looking much better. Meh, I say. (note, still a good game, but not some kind of holy grail of FPSs on consoles) |

The series itself is (because IX was awesome and was underrated, I'd say) As for anime-related video games being overrated, so much is wrong with that statement? Honestly, some games are relatively unknown or get bashed because they get away from the anime. |

I think I was the one that mentioned the Hakusho game that I doubt anyone takes unless I force-feed it down their throat and through their ass. :\
It is underrated, it is good.
Actually, you'll find that there are a few people on places like zbattle that will play exceedingly rare games. I sure as hell didn't know what Kishin Douji Zenki 3 - Tenchi Meidou was before I went there. |
