Hard to do any "RPG" without at least a moderate understanding of English grammar. Dunno about others, but I would find it very hard to respect a GM who didn't respect English.

But what of "i atak u 4 999 dmg lolzers"? Would that be acceptable? And how would you keep people from doing stuff like that in a NORMAL-English RPG? How would you stop people from going "I attack you with (insert weapon or attack here) for 999 damage!"?
