Why hasn't anyone mentioned Brain Teasers yet? That's my favorite forum. 
I'd like to see Mafia and the Pit of 100 Trials running again since Kattwah is going to port the games over here. |

(It'll be awhile until I can post again. Rebecca and I are getting our computer and laptop fixed. Mine keeps shutting off on me, and Becky's got a virus that seems to be affecting how the OS system works.)

There is hardly any threads anymore that I bother to post in. Seriously. Not even this one.
I was going pretty strong, too, for a while... I just kinda dropped off, though. Not much interesting outside of the Mafia thread. I've only been here since about two weeks before ABII came into existence, but even I am able to notice the serious lack of leadership since power changed in the last week. Xkeeper has done a terrific job keeping things together in that time. I'll admit, he may not be my sole reason for being here (really, Kattwah and the Mafia game, as well as potentially a spot in a Pit someday is what holds my allegiance), but he never did anything that would want to drive me away, either.
I suppose I'm trying to say, from my limited experience, that Xk is/was a great Admin. He really does know what he's doing, and that's enough for my book. I tend to dream about Mafia-esque stuff lately...
Most of the time, it's dark and gloomy, but not scary, more like in a bad guy movie... After I wake up, I wish I could rejump into my dream and go on with the dark bad guy stuff... |

Cirrus is very easy to use. Just follow these easy steps.
1) Open LazyShell.exe and select "Load Rom" 
2) Select no when prompted to create a notes package for this rom as we wont be doing any hacking with it. 
3) Verify the Rom Name, that your rom is headerless (if it is not, hit the "Remove Header" button) and that the Gamecode matches ARWE. You will know that the rom your using is unmodified if the checksum is "(OK)". The checksum 0x3BB4 will indicate that your using the same image we used in development. Once you've verified that your using the correct rom, launch Cirrus. You will probably have to allow Lazy Shell access through your firewall. 
4) LazyShell should download all available patches and list them for you. "The Bob-omb Mafia" is what we want. Select it and hit "Apply Patch". Once its finished downloading you will be asked if you want to apply the patch. Hit yes. You will be notified that the patch was applied successfully, and the signature for this hack will be displayed. Close the Signature Viewer and exit Cirrus. 
5) You can now view the hack in the editor, but you must save it to disk before playing. 
This hack was made 100% with LazyShell, so everything you see can be easily done with the editor. Enjoy! |
