It's for Xkeeper to spam test threads into oblivion. Didn't you read the forum info?

I have indeed posted here drunk before. Obviously on this incarnation of the board, as I hadn't had anything to drink (aside from a glass of wine at dinner once in a while) as of the old boards. I challenge someone to figure out when that was (As well, as when it inevitably happens at some point in the next few months).

Well, it does seem that aside from 14 movie quotes in said thread, it wasn't really THAT bad. But how he was that active on a fairly dry day does seem a bit odd. Eh, whatever, so long as it's not visible spam then it's probably fine, right?

And I think the battle for 2nd should be interesting...

I've never played RO, but I am familiar with the character maker...thingy. As seen by these ones that I made for some various things online:

And all of those represent me in one capacity or another. The first is Sky, my avatar, the next two are roles I've had in plays, then me in normal attire, and me in a suit (made while I was interviewing for jobs).

First off, chill. Seriously. Secondly, poking fun is poking fun, and I think that it's fair game for something like this. There's no reason why it should be "ok" to do so against Christians but not for other religions. But that's what we've come to these days. And I'm all for a change towards more equal treatment, either way. So long as it's fair, right?

Well, I did my part, and expanded the article on Twinkle Star slightly. But not much, since I know little about it. I may write more later, but I need some help in filling in the origins and early history. I currently have 4 pages, including this one, linking to the nonexistent page on me...

Nova: Since we'll be here a while, mind telling me your story, how you came to be involved with them?

Sabor just slumped over onto the ground, while Nova searched for something suitably comfortable to sit on. Eventually he found a large pile of...something...under some tarps, and it seemed good enough. He lounged in that and looked over at Glenn, awaiting a response.

I'm not sure if I want to know the answer, but based on the last question and your response, is your butt actually hairy enough so that shaving it could be at all noticeable?

Yes, I know this is an old thread that I'm bumping, but I'd like to get it up in the top to see if anyone else who's around has played it. I got it for Christmas, but because I was in England for the better part of the last 3 months I didn't beat it until just tonight. It's a really great game, and the visuals are some of the best on the PS2, I'd have to say, particularly when you're flying.

Also, as a fan of DQ3 I'm happy to see the references to that (as well as DQ4) included in the game.

So anyone else currently active play this?

I just knew something like that would happen as soon as he had his name changed to Skyon...I'll have to see if I can convince him to change it to something else. I had similar issues before with a user with the name "Skylaer"

Well, she's certainly not dressed as a bunny girl, which is how the goof-off is dressed in the GBC version of the game, both in the game and the artwork. I've been trying to find the artwork of the NES version, since you can only tell so much from the little sprite, which I suppose you could arguably say sort of looks like that. But it's a bit of a stretch.

I may or may not see this movie at some point. One thing that I think is interesting is that the creator of the comics on which the movie is based forced the Wachowski brothers to take his name off the project because he was sick at what they'd done to the concept, character, and story.

Ziff, honestly, you're just being rude now, and you're wrong about part of it besides. Like I said, the creator of the comic books, Alan Moore, demanded his name be taken off because the Wachowskis BUTCHERED the ideas.

Basically, the comic books had the terrorist main character as an monstrous antihero of sorts. Someone who's a really sick, awful person, even if he's fighting a tyrannical society, and that what he's doing is really wrong even in the face of all this, to make people think.

The movie, on the other hand, has made him into a "Robin Hood" kind of character, trying to make the audience sympathetic and making his terrorism justified. Basically, it's the Wachowski brothers' way of saying "the terrorists are the good guys!" rather than actually spur any real thinking on the issues.

And I'm starting to think it may be time to go back to my own layout. Twinkle Star is starting to get old.

I've discussed this with some of my friends, and we've agreed that 3D games can often have better gameplay simply by virtue of BEING 3D. You have a lot more depth, no pun intended, on the environments in a 3D world than a 2D one, a lot more things you can do.

Well, I discussed this with a friend who's a huge fan of the comics and this is what he told me.

So why don't you be quiet?
