You're talking to a college student here. I have no problem staying up when I need to do so

I don't really like coffee that much. Caffinated tea is infinitely better.

Ouch, Colin. With that title, it sounds like you're TRYING to drive me away.

I gather trapster was confused about someone really genuinely missing him.

Well, what do you base that on? Just because they say it'll be friendly towards third parties means little. I think the Gamecube may have said that as well, and, well, see how that turned out.

Can you get anything out of taking the fishing rod outside?

I suppose it IS a bit more exciting than the fishing in the original Harvest Moon, anyway. That was dull. But if you got lucky and hooked a fish, that was good money.

Nova walked over to the pot and filled up a bowl, then sat up against the fence to eat. The stuff wasn't the best he'd ever had, but certainly the best he'd had in a little while. He looked at Nalon.

Nova: So...how much of this is there? I don't want to impose, but if you made plenty, it might be better for Sabor to have some of this rather than have to go hunting later. Not sure how healthy some of the critters around these parts are.

Yeah, I mean, much as I like to insult Cal, being a Stanford student, it is a rather selective school.

Also, if you're going to a state school, residency issues may come into play as well, for both admission and costs.

Well, I don't know about "cool" so much as "interesting"...and drama and rudeness and the like, which they could certainly do, can be interesting at times, if you like that sort of thing.

What's up in Cleveland that you'll be seeing, Nick?

As for what style, I'm not sure at all. I don't know how seriously I'll take it, but certainly enough to practice so I can play some recognizable stuff, well enough to sing along to. Because what really inspired me to do it was one of the girls in the program at Oxford doing open mic night at pubs there. I want to be able to play with my friends after work, essentially. Good way to solidify friendships, I think.

Well, the other thing to consider is that the feet generally splat something by landing on them, crushing them into the ground below. When you get big enough feet to destroy planets, what are they smashing things/people into? Other feet?

Nova got up to the overly loud Cucco, and stretched. It hadn't been the most comfortable bed, but it was alright. As he got up, Sabor rose behind him.

Nova: Even if the bedding wasn't great, you make a nice pillow, at least.

Sabor stretched as well, showing just how big he was, before walking outside. Nova followed, and the two walked over to Kurima.

Nova: I'm ready to go whenever the others are. No sense in delaying any longer.

Well, unless you're leaving right now, that's not necessarily the case. I hardly think I'm going to spend the next two hours doing nothing but posting.

Unless things are interesting, in which case I'll do it while checking email and the like.

I just know I'll get hit by a car since I'll look the wrong way when crossing the street.

Generally, the only time you should have anything to do with any close friends of your ex is if you and your ex are good and your ex specifically introduces you to her friend with the interest of the two of you dating. Even then, be wary. They will talk, and it will be awkward.

Posted on 03-20-06 11:09 PM, in What's your favorite way of getting "The legendary weapons"? Link
I chose finding it in the final dungeon, but I think what's best is if it's a character-driven sidequest. That is, some special sequence of events specific to the character that makes sense as to why they get a great weapon out of it.
