Well, I'll be spending 2 weeks in Cleveland, and THEN back to Stanford for my last term.

As for when I'm leaving, not quite yet. My flight leaves at 10:30, meaning I need to get to the airport between 8:30 and 9, and the bus I take to the airport takes two and a half hours, so I need to be up at the bus station by a bit after 6, and it's about a 20 minute walk with luggage, so I'll be leaving the house a bit after 5:30.

And I feel like I could sleep through the alarm, so I've decided screw it, I can sleep on the plane, I'm staying up tonight.

Well, I will have several hours to post after I get home. My flight gets in at 6, and give a few hours for getting home and getting dinner, I doubt I'll win, but it's not like I'll be gone ALL day.

I may need to get a DS and the game if only so I can be more social on this board, since everyone here seems OBSESSED with it.

Kula Quest? Never heard of that game.

And no, playing KM isn't like being on crack. Those who designed it most likely were, though.

Well, I don't have a DS, is one thing. And I've not usually been a fan of most racing games. Those two things are dissuading me a bit.

Nova: You know, if you want, I could help out with that later. I actually have some pretty good mechanical experience. Might be able to make a few...upgrades...to the bot.

Nova reached into his jacket and pulled out a wrench. He turned to Kurima and smiled.

Nova: I'd be happy to help...and you might need a bit more assistance on the defense front in the future, too.

Oh, I know the DS has got quite a library. I just don't really have all that much of an occasion to use a portable system anyway. And there are plenty of GBA games I want to play that I have yet to. I got Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones for Christmas and have only done the first few battles in that so far.

Are there any basic books that you would recommend? I doubt I'm just going to be able to look at guitar tabs and know what to do with them.

Nova: That's true...but just don't forget the offer. I'd love to swap notes with you once we've found the stuff for Hikari.

Nova looked up as Nalon walked in.

Nova: Oh boy...I haven't had a proper home cooked meal in a while. I'm sure it'll be better than what I've been eating, if nothing else.

Well, I just get nervous about potentially oversleeping when it would be a serious problem like it would be in this case. Besides, I don't have much to do on the plane, especially if I don't want to see the movie(s) playing. This way I'll be more likely to be able to sleep on the plane.

Sky raised an eyebrow at the large man.

Sky: Erm, actually, I'm neither thief nor weirdo. Well, I suppose the latter might be called into debate. I put an ad out on the world fighter's network issuing a challenge here. I guess no one got it. I came here because I want to hone my skills, fight somewhere interesting without risking the lives of noncombatants. I've fought at this temple in the past, actually. I trust you've heard of Danicess?

The magewarrior stepped closer to Evan.

Sky: So it seems nobody else is showing up. Care to spar?

Oh, I definitely won't be worried about oversleeping once I get back. I'm worried now about going to sleep and sleeping through my alarm, and then missing when I need to get up to go catch my bus, and thus miss my plane back to the US.

I have little planned once I'm back home. I can sleep all day if need be. And I may do just that.

That's a decent library of DS games. The system seems to have proven itself as more than just a gimmicky thing, though like the Gamecube, most of the great titles seem to be first-party...Nintendo needs to work on third-party game developers somehow...

Nova: Alright, but I want to hear ALL about this robot later, got it?

With that, Nova walked outside. He smiled as he saw the pot of stew with the bowls and other people around it. This was definitely a very "cozy" atmosphere...he could get used to it...if he were ever allowed to, anyway.

What are some of the things we've done that we never thought were possible?

Or do you mean the individuals?

Well, for me, I got into Stanford, I was a varsity runner on my cross country team, I studied for a quarter at Oxford and did well, and I got a good job that I'll be going to this next fall. I really didn't think I could do any of those. I'm so happy that I did all of them.

Colin, I'm immune to jet lag. See, I'm so sleep-deprived in general that I can just go to sleep whenever, wake up the next morning, and be on that time zone's schedule right away.

It's not always FUN, but it's effective.

Well, I think if Kingdom Hearts: Hot Coffee were found, we wouldn't have to worry about anything.

Because that would be enough of an affront to have God destroy us all.

Um, because at this point, I'm planning on LEAVING for the bus station in 40 minutes.
