I think that actually this is proof, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that God hates you. Anyway, are you playing this on an SNES, GBA, PSX, or some rom of one of them?

Cassandra watched Arminas leave the house with a look of helplessness on her face. She wanted to stop him, but knew he just wouldn't listen. So she just hung back, now all alone.

Cassandra: By myself...I don't remember much...but I remember it's been like this for a while, somehow...

But she didn't have much time to worry about that, as something in her body tensed up. Soon she fell to the ground, rigid, unable to move but in great pain all the same, struggling to stay conscious and trying to fend off the darkness creeping in all around her. She had to hope they would be back soon...or else...she didn't even know what...

*******************

Sky: Ah, good to be out on the town away from those things trying to kill us, for once. Rare enough that we get to experience that. Where does this Cedric live, anyway?

Nova: Sorry, hun, I guess real life just doesn't work out like the movies.

Just a few seconds after they were all out, there was a loud rumbling, as half the mountain collapsed within itself, shaken loose by the explosion.

Nova: ...but then, I suppose sometimes it is.

I don't know, it still feels too...complicated, almost...in most of the Kirby games nowadays. The original is still, in my opinion, one of the very best gameboy games there is. And Kirby's adventure builds on that charm immensely. But to some extent, in every game since then, there seems to be a bit too much...they seem to drift from the wondrously simple forumla that made the first two games just that great.

Bel quickly found himself in the next lot over, as James wasn't about to put up with shit like that.

Sky: Good show, James, I think he needed to be removed.

Sky: So then, we'll be seeing those Yoshi creatures again? I seem to recall them saying they lived in that approximate vicinity. Shame Cassie isn't coming with us, she'd have a blast.

******

At that moment, of course, Cassandra was far from enjoying herself, as she struggled, hopelessly, against the darkness creeping in. She didn't know what she was thinking anymore, as the darkness clouded her mind as well as her actions. It was too late now...she would be lost to it, she knew.

Wait, there was a Harvest Moon 64? Why was I not informed about this? I loved the original one, though I was a bit obsessed with doing each day "perfectly"...which led to me never actually finishing the game...

That's a really beautiful tripod image, but what was the picture you were actually trying to show us?

And pixie stix....oh...there's no sugar in pixie stix!

Yeah, mac is definitely not environmentally friendly. They have a trash can, while Windows has a recycling bin. Much more politically correct.

And I need to take the basic computer programming course during my last term at school...it's supposed to be a good class.

Sky: But I've always wondered a bit about things like that, particularly if they're in really "young" villages like this. The chief concern that comes to mind is wondering whether they're hiding something even more devious.

Well, that certainly gives a few more options to what people in the Stanford Band (which I'm in) can do after they've been talking too much and are told "You need a dick in your mouth."

Well, it's not really that different. In both cases, you put stuff in the trash/recycle-bin, and it's there until you empty it.

I guess that makes Windows a bit more clean...since taking stuff out of the trash = ewwww

Actually, I think the best use of the Kool-Aid man was in Family Guy.

Youtube rocks, by the way.

I wasn't much a fan of the stuff either, in general. We mostly had real juice from concentrate...

I don't know, I think it's a good game...at least, the original is. Haven't played much after that. Though I do admit that after a lot of the cool stuff the first year or so it can get a bit old. Milking 20 cows every single day before tending to a load of crops can get kinda old.

Eh, I don't know, I love ice cream, but I never really got into the ice-cream-as-a-meal thing. Which is likely for the best. But then, I will often tend to eat a lot of crackers and cookies when I do, which is probably just about as bad in many cases.

And cereal. Cereal makes a lovely snack, and to those at my college who, unlike me, can't stand anything in the dining hall, it is their main food staple.

Posted on 03-11-06 08:41 AM, in Snow in Switzerland Link
I'm certainly used to snow from growing up in Cleveland, so going to California for school really was a bit odd...but not a bad thing, since I stopped loving snow once I started to drive...so now I just get snow when I'm home for winter vacation.

It's rather odd, actually, that it hasn't really snowed since I've been in Oxford. Apparently, it doesn't. It's not that it's been too warm, because it's been COLD enough for snow quite often, and we do certainly get precipitation. The two rarely mix, though, and when they do we're more likely to get hail. Even when it did snow for a decent amount of the day a week or so ago, it didn't stick.

Well, in this case, technically, God is trying to HELP...though maybe it is His fault in that He got so pissed about the state of things that He decided it would be better if you just started over...hence erasing the save.

edit by Ziff: I capitalized two "he"s...

edit by Sky: silly me, I should know better, I usually do.

Danielle didn't have to cite a reliable source, because it's just kind of given knowledge among people.

Tales of Phantasia was an excellent game for the SNES...is there any new content, like that in FF4Advance, which I'm playing through now?
