I don't think we really need enemy info of the day. If you really like Secret of Mana, I actually do have a suggestion for you on what you can do to make people appreciate it. Get animated gifs of the enemies, either making them or finding them online, and order them into a rankset and submit it.

That does sound like a reasonable explanation for the "Friendship" moves. I was never too into fighting games in general, and as such never got into Mortal Kombat...beat a few of my friends at the arcade with no special moves (didn't know any) a few times, but without button mashing. And then they got better and I didn't stand a chance.

I think you're "ignored by the board at large" because you're not particularly active; that'll certainly do it.

So what made you want to make this thread anyway?

I stopped ordering pizza to be delivered several years ago. I just got sick of the delivery guy taking forever to get to the house, eventually ending up there with a semi-cold pizza (even WITH those things to keep them warm) and charging me for the delivery. So I go pick it up, quicker and hotter food.

What's weird is that there are a bunch of places very close to my house as well. Which is why I don't understand why it takes them upwards of an hour to get to the house. It's really frustrating.

Sky: I have to say, Lucas, I'm not exactly jealous of your having to put up with this.

The magewarrior lowers his voice.

Sky: I would watch out for the one claiming not to be using any omes, though. He's going to be a real cause of trouble for us...probably a lot more than the kids.

Cassandra, meanwhile, picks up what omes and shines she is able to before Lily takes all of them.

Nova smiled as he got up from behind the rock and ran towards the slowed dragon.

Nova: Now let's see how you like the mountain treatment.

The rogue jumped at Volvagia, extending the claws on his gauntlets and boots, and proceeded to jump onto the fire dragon. Ice magic seemed to almost leak from the blades as he climbed as much as he could over the beast.

Sky laughed.

Sky: You here that, Anya? He thinks he would beat you! Guess the fool doesn't know what he'd be up against. I guess that'll happen. Barkeep! Bombay Sapphire martini, on the rocks, with a twist.

Bartender: Erm, we ran out of the blue stuff.

Sky: *Darth Vaderesque* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

True, but yours is just a general craziness-related one, whereas this one raises a point, and in fact one that I'm interested in. I wonder how it was determined.

It really seems like everyone, including myself, is a bit egocentric about who they want back, namely those who joined around the same time as they did. It makes sense, mind you, but it's rather amusing how we all seem to want "oldbies" back but have a different view of what constitutes them.

I think the Revolution's controller could make for some quite interesting gameplay, all things considered.

Sky: Err, James?

James: Yes sir?

Sky: You know, the people under 21 can come to the party, we just can't give them the booze, right?

James: Oh...well, sorry about that, then.

Sky: Eh, don't worry about it, I'm sure they're fine.

Without the comments, then a lot of it is completely meaningless to those of us who don't know how to program in php...with the comments, it's a fun read, but I still don't get how it was determined how the suffixes were added on.

And that, Sion, is something I very much agree with you on.

As for cat day, last time it was a relatively minor name-change fad...this forces EVERYONE to have a name change, and is the true 'cat day' that we never had as was mentioned on the calendar.

There's nothing wrong with them being British. Actually, if there were a live-action series, it might be better to have it be British if simply because that makes it a slightly different basis, but could still be quite good.

And yeah, I remember that 'real' Simpsons house, what a cool prize to be won...but I think actually living in it could be a bit...disturbing.

Sky glared at SomerZ.

Sky: You...do realize that we know who you are, right? Or at least they do, and I know that you're not our ally. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't knock you out right now.

Xkeeper programmed something odd into the board so that today, for however long, everyone will have some cat-related thing added to the end of their name. It was planned for a couple weeks ago but didn't happen to everyone, just a small group of people...but now all are affected.

Honestly, I think it's only fair that he acts as if he's a fair and unbiased reporter...because people on the other side do the same thing, and are largely believed, falsely, to be. So why have a double standard on that?

Of course, if he did something like that, I would have to hit him because of just how awful the pun was.

I think this day would have a lot more meaning for me if there hadn't just recently been the somewhat more localized cat-fad.
