| I've not played the series other than the original and 2000, both for the PC. I liked them a lot, but I guess I got out of that genre by the time 3000 and 4 came out, whichever came first. They look nice, but a bit more to manage than I'd like. Heck, even squad-based action games are a bit more than I like to look at at one time sometimes. I can multitask in life, but not quite as well in video games. | |||

| Well, certainly not my fault activity has slown down. I've actually tried to improve it by trying to convince Ephy to come back to the boards, and Anya to be more active. As you can see, neither of those has really been too successful. Now if manda comes online and I convince HER to come back... | |||

| As far as the boards are concerned, make sure you put your settings on removing layouts for dialup's sake. It'll help loading times a lot.
Good luck with the moving, and in living on your own. It's a very different experience that I've not really done yet, but I'm going to be doing this coming fall, and it scares me a bit. Godspeed, man. |

| But Anya, that's one of the reasons I'm trying to get you and these other people back. With more of these people back, there will be more people who MAKE things that are worth posting about...and on that note I don't know how much I've done my part. Sure, I've put things worth replying to, I hope, but I need to make more interesting topics sometimes than I do, create conversation rather than just keep it going. But in moderation, of course. I was reading some CD threads from my last summer at the boards, and some of those got wild and spammy. | |||

| Sky: Erm...thanks, I suppose. A true warrior is dependent on the power of his soul, and it's said that the eyes are indeed the gateway to the soul. Only some people can use omes, and it may be that we have a destiny to fulfill.

It's one of my previous best friend's birthdays today as well. Oddly enough, we stopped being friends right around the point where he pissed me off and tried to hit me, and then I punched him in the face. In middle school. |

| As Homer Simpson would say, it's the cause of...and solution to...all of life's problems. It's a really wonderful thing. While I realize many of you would be breaking the law if you partook of beverages with some of this wonderful stuff, I'm sure that hasn't stopped you.
So use this thread to share your great alcohol-induced stories when they occur or when you remember them, on your own or because of eyewitness testimony in a court case you've just come back from based on a night you only half remember. And I dedicate this thread to you, Colin, who suggested I make more threads, and this, being slightly tipsy, is what I thought of. |

| Well, Danielle, it's not like there's been a lot of activity today, you still have plenty of chance to make ACS without doing anything spammy, just by contributing.
And I tell you, when I get all the other oldbies to come back...which will happen, somehow, except for Tomguy ('cause he's banned, HA HA HA HA HA)...then there will be plenty of activity! |

Nova: Bah, big and strong, but too slow. The Biggoron's swing presented his back to Nova, which he jumped at, hitting it with an ice-enhanced kick, and bouncing off to snag Mitra, at which point he began bounding down the structure. Nova: No need to worry, miss, all should be well. I hope. |
