The DS slogan: "Touching is good."

Proposed slogan for the new console: "Touch your Wii."

Well, true, he could be a bit more concise in what he says...but at the same time, there's no need to be rude about it.

Seeing as I'm not conservative, nor do I use those supposedly "traditional" arguments, there's no reason for you to bring that up with me, and it's if anything merely more proof of your making unfair assumptions rather than using any evidence whatsoever. Which you need to do in order to advance a point, since you have no evidence.

Edit to fix lack of / in quote end tag

It's a lot funnier to say that when you make use of one in your sentence.

There's no reason not to use semicolon; they make good punctuation.

I don't believe I was ever banned, but I don't exactly recall whether or not Tom ever abused his power THAT much, so it's a possibility he did that on one of his particularly pissy days...

Within 4000 views is still relatively close, anyway.

And I have to agree with the woman from The Incredibles:

I know you weren't trying to be funny. It was just a golden opportunity for humor that you seem to have...missed.

Ouch...you know, there's a reason they use that stuff in the police and the military sometimes...really nice non-leathal weaponry, tear gas is.

A guy I know dipped his balls in paint remover (not thinner, mind you, remover...the stuff that makes paint BUBBLE) for $150 several years ago. What's funny is that he later dated the single biggest contributor to that amount, and this past year they got married. We're still not sure whether or not he might be eligible for a Darwin Award.

Argh, I missed this milestone too? That's just frustrating. And this time I don't get a compensatory...honor of sorts...like I did for the 5000th post in the old ATS thread when this became the new one.

And Thoughtless, Danielle already has that in her custom title.

Well, I've got to say, it's more creative than Sony. Then again, who knows, maybe they'll come up with a really creative name for the PS3 that they announce to much jaw-dropping at E3.

And I think pretty much everyone saw this one coming.

Well if it makes you feel any better, when I was in 8th grade I got a pencil thrown in my eye. Thankfully, for how it hit and the fact that I got immediate medical attention, I can see just as well out of that eye...and I don't even remember which one it hit.

Odd that you mention it, since I'd never heard of it before this week, when I clicked a link in my friend's facebook.com profile that she had to it. I wonder if she's ever posted one...

In all fairness, those don't really count as the death penalty since those people weren't executed so much as killed in self-defense.

That's complete misunderstanding of everything I've ever said on the topic, and quite hostile to boot. You're proving my point once again that because you have this preconceived notion of how I am, everything I say must really have these hidden meanings. You prove the "code words" thing again and again.

If that's what "morality" means to you, then you need to go get a dictionary, because you're just wrong. I really don't know how else to put it.

As for Ziff's earlier comment...if you weren't addressing me, as you claim not to have been...then why were you very specifically addressing me, as you were?

However, a misworded sentence can really fuck things up. Notice how one word changes the entire meaning of Skydude's paragraph. Misinterpretations of a confusing word can mess things up even worse.

I don't see how that proves anything aside from the fact that you didn't understand a single word I said.
