Tommathy, where did you get the quote? In the city, being of great physical fitness doesn't put one in a better position than a weedy dweeb. Being of great intellect doesn't, either. Simply being human is enough to be considered 'fit' enough to survive in our environment. |

| Westerners get angry at Muslims because we think they're extending their tenets ('don't draw Mohammed!') to cultures that don't care for such tenets. Yet we get our knickers in a twist because they won't accept freedom-of-speech as an excuse for drawing Mohammed (freedom of speech being very much a Western tenet that we're trying to push on them).
And don't forget that the Jyllands-Posten has quite an agressive anti-immigration stance: http://www.enar-eu.org/en/national/Denmark2004_enOK.pdf (page 40 onward). Arwon makes a good point. | I know how you feel mate, getting mugged can put you on a right downer. Getting mugged affected my personality; I hope you deal with it in the right way, that is deal with it naturally, accept that you will feel humiliated and don't just try to repress it because it will screw you up in the end.
Good luck with the weight loss. After you start drinking enough water, your body will crave it and you will be able to drink more water. I pretty much have to drink all the time these days  .
