I'm just impressed that you managed to make Icepossible. Getting the timing right on all the moving spikes and crap would have been a royal pain (for me, anyway ) Gotta say, pretty good work.
I played Squash's levels too...no clue how you guys can get such low times on Towers. I see Kyouji and Sonicandtails pulled off like 500, while I can't even pull off 700 Fun game overall though, nice little thing to do when you're bored |

It's not impressive that graphics are ripped, its impressive how they're used. If someone rips YI/Castlevania/Evo/whatthehellelseever, and use it in a good way, there is no need to care. Some people aren't artistic, and take the GFX from other games to make their hacks look flashy.
I see nothing wrong with this...while SMB3 may be overused, look at peter_ac's ExAnimated overworld. It's SMB3, but it's awesome looking, and much better than what most people can do (reading over this, I just realized I kept swapping topics...wow ) (edited by S.N.N. on 07-12-06 04:56 PM) |

Yeah, as I said in the PM, I don't know whats up with that. I would like to say it's headered, but that definitely wouldn't affect level entrances. But then, you are opening a .bin file, and while it is still a ROM, it might not contain the same data as the .smd file.

Texture would be nice on the ground, yes. Something like Stifu did...except not an exact copy
Also, if it is a free roaming OW, then what would be the point of 2 and 3? Do they give you a key to open the locks or something, or are they just there to be beaten to compelete the world |
