Did you miss all the times I said "tonsilitis" in this thread?

I was on antibiotics due to the seriousness of the infection. It wasn't just a "sore throat". In fact the sore throat was the last thing I noticed. The first thing I noticed is that it became difficult to breathe (I guess due to how swollen my throat was... not fun on top of asthma). Then I noticed dizziness, vertigo, and headaches. Finally I threw up at work when I was on the phone to a client. Which probably didn't impress the client.

I only noticed the sore throat once all the more serious stuff started to settle down.

I understand that it's not a good idea to throw antibiotics at everything, which is why now all the more serious symptoms (minus the sore throat) had gone away I was asking for a non-antibiotic solution

Geez, and I thought I was trying to imply that aside from some people who are excellent with layouts and code that the majority needed help.

Hell, if I thought it would be an easy project, I'd suggest a layout maker rather than just @import... Put in the URL for an image, click a radio button to say where it aligns to.... pick a hex color.... blah blah blah... instant (albeit generic) layout

Which would be fine for a lot of users with less broken code...

Yes, I found this kind of amusing. They had Justin Timberlake help launch it if I remember correctly from the article I saw. And I think it also has ties to MTV which I think I'd been hearing rumors about for some time.

It doesn't interest me at all. I'm happy with the iTMS.

I don't actually need help here, I just find this amusing.

I reset the Power Management Unit on my iBook. Before, my iBook would mysteriously turn off at around 40 something percent.

Now it reads the percentages correctly and it just loses a percent of charge every minute and a half.

My battery is fucked!

Aren't laptop batteries fun? meh, I guess I'll go sell my soul to Apple later for another one.

This is going to sound a little harsh, but some girls DO like to screw with people's heads... which could be what she's doing. Why she's doing it I don't know (attention?) but from what you've told me her behaviour certainly doesn't add up.

Your best bet is to get into contact with Krissy's mum.

Is there anything going on in Krissy's life at the moment that might be upsetting her?

mmm intel macs.

Well, this is what the rumor mills were predicting for the keynote. So I'm glad to see it happen.

About time Apple updated their laptop line too. Seriously, it was really really needing it.

And yes, I shall get myself a MacBook Pro. Probably not till my debt issue is under control; but I will get one.

my (3rd Gen) iPod has been fairly reliable, but the iBook is really going downhill in terms of battery life.

I timed it. It lasts just over an hour now. Down from 5 hours.

Meh, I suppose that happens though with laptop batteries.
