I think my notes consisted of: Hi Carly, I'm in stupid math class with stupid Mr Taylor again. He's being a stupid stupid-face. Hey why do all the math teachers here dress the same? Like they all wear these shorts and they tuck polo shirts into it and wear socks all pulled up to their knees... is this like the math teacher uniform or something... ha ha...



No wonder I don't remember anything.

I had a better breakfast when I got to the shops later (I walked there yay) I had some greek yoghurt, then I walked back.

I bought some nuts to snack on too. They look yummy, saving those for later.

I really like the colour versions myself; although they look a little washed out. I'd say the contrast, colour and levels would all need to be adjusted to make the subtle colours stand out a bit better

Dumbest stuff? Seriously?

I've done some stupid, stupid things in my time. Although I guess I can say with some of them that I only really think they're stupid with the benefit of hindsight -- so I'll go with one that I knew was dumb WHILE doing it:

* driving drunk once; only about 1, maybe 2km.... really.... dumb. The only reason I did it is that I was worried about my car being unsafe where it was; so I drove it the short distance home in the backstreets.... realistically it would have probably been fine and I could have done with the exercise in the morning.

I tend to be overly cautious and not think about what dumb stuff I'd like to do all that much.

That said, I have always wanted to smash computers with a sledgehammer. My problem is that the rational part of me feels that it is a waste of potentially good hardware.... then I just wind up with shitty computers I don't want.

lol, catching up on my Podcasts for the week, and I'm listening to a segment where somebody on a national radio station had called for all people who are applying for Australian Citizenship to be able to sing the Australian Anthem off by heart.

So, Triple J went out and asked Australians if they could sing the Anthem off by heart...

Not many people could. I can't say I know that many people that can, either.

I know the words to the Australian National Anthem; off by heart, but I was wondering if you guys knew your National Anthems off by heart?

I learned when I was a kid, thanks to a rather funny teacher. His loud, over-the-top, ridiculously pompous singing of the National Anthem was hilarious.

See, I like that I can see the colors of the sky in the sea (in the first one at least), and the subtle pink-yellow-blue transition in the second with the contrast of the clouds in front.
