Grey took off running at Jack, did a short hop into the air, and executed a flying kick that was aimed straight at Jack's head, but oddly enough, passed right through him. Grey had rendered himself immaterial for the moment, and came back after the fake blow with a roundhouse kick to Jack's midsection from behind! He fought like a gymnast flew, using the momentum of the kick to bring himself back around to bear. Grey then pressed the palm of his hand forward and pushed a concentration of psychic force out at Jack, effectively attempting to strike him a second time! |

Sigmund leaned against the wall, trying to conserve his strength. This was a long, slow process, and he had entered stage two: The part where his own body had to do some work. He wasn't exactly in fighting condition, and Arminas' running ahead of everyone else had caught him at one of the rare times when, being in the feeble body he occupied, he just couldn't keep up. In continuation of his previous actions, he pointed a shaking finger at Charlotte. "Why've ya got Arminas' sister's eggshell thing? It's all right fer yeh ta answer us, we won't kill yeh or nothin' like that. Jus' tell us the truth, an' we can settle this entire deal nice 'n' easy..." |

He snapped his fingers as he remained suspended in the air, and used the same move he used against her flames before a second time, this time in a much more painful manner for himself. What he was about to do demanded instant results, and Grey was far more used to getting freezer burns than real ones. The cold wind blew around his body a second time, freezing his clothing into sheets and causing him to shiver in pain, but the fires were quickly smothered by the ice that formed on his attire. He was still in the air, he had noticed... Apparently this was going to be quite painful for him as well as Shalandra. Oh, well, he thought. No sense in crying over spilt blood. Grey's trembling hand reached for the pouch he kept his marbles in, and he held out his arm. Gripping the bottom of the bag, he turned it upside down, letting all 144 of the tiny explosives in it rain down... A pity he was still in range himself, and even moreso that he couldn't concentrate on any kind of psychic shield, but suicide attacks always worked the best when your foe had suddenly taken control of the battle. The marbles clattered on the stone floor, and bounced back up between Grey and Shalandra. And then promptly blew up. |

Suddenly the green light that surrounded him fired out of his body and straight forward! It surged like a blinding nova, incinerating every last one of the bugs that threatened Grey with their massive buildup of annoyance, and continued on its trajectory towards Jack! Grey himself was fired backward from the recoil of the attack, tumbling backward and somersaulting over a few times. He staggered to his feet as soon as he could, and took out his yo-yo... At the entrance to the base, he eyed Stingle and Danielle... There was two of the three stooges, but where was the third? He had a score to settle with her... Those base turtles, though. In his current state, all Sigmund could do was slump against the wall and hope Ark and Arminas could do their thing. He shuddered at the thought of Lily getting in the way of one of those turtles while he wasn't around to help. That bastard bandit Rufus wasn't doing too badly, either. He dragged himself forward a few feet to get a better view of the battle. A few shocks of pain went through him as his body adjusted to the curse's removal... It'd be way too late when he finished for him to do any good. He just had to hope.
