| As Arminas hastily walked down the path, a hand clapped around his mouth and dragged him forcefully up against the wall. Sigmund whispered into his ear... His whiskers prickled Arminas' face as his gritty voice made its way into Arminas' head.
Sigmund: "Shhhh.... Quiet, ya brawny sack-o-meat! While the rest of you were muckin' 'round in yer own little world, I was busy bein' productive 'bout that kidnapper while 'e dragged yer girlsis into the place. 'goes ta show how far yer filthy 'omes get ya... Ingenuity any day!" As Arminas struggled against his grip, Sigmund restrained him, and kept going into his overly-stylized exposition... "I done told ya ta be quiet! If'n ya want yer ladysis back, yeh'll 'ave ta take it slow... He's only a few feet away and the best y'all can do is take 'im on together 'steada brashin' in like ya been doin'..." Sigmund threw Arminas to the ground. By this time, the rest of the party had seen him... He took one look at them, and disappeared in a flash... |

| A multitude of hard, icy spikes speared into the boulder that Hikari was climing...
Johnathan: "It would be a bit faster to use these, Miss Hikari." Using the spikes as a rather well-placed ladder, Johnathan finally did something productive, and began climbing as more and more spikes appeared in the air above him and speared into the rock. Soon, the ladder extended all the way to the top of the boulder... From there, where they went was Hikari's decision. |

The smell of burnt C4 wafted through the air as those onlookers who felt the need to intrude on someone else's personal business would find that Grey's office had been blown wide open...

With that, a very large blast of dazzling green energy exploded from Grey's hand at point-blank range. It began with a series of spiraling spears of light, followed by a duo of converging red blasts of psychic energy, ending with a massive explosion where the blasts met. At point blank range, this blew Grey about 20 feet back, but he considered the collateral damage worth the effort. "I can deal with this. Let's make it a little more interesting: A ring-out is the only way to win. Go for it!" |
