I would upload a picture of the window but Image Shack is down.

It says:

component "COMDLG32.OCX" or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

EDIT: I forgot to add that I did search for the file but found nothing.

Owning the cartridge has nothing to do with it. If the copy is distributed illegally, then obtaining it is illegal. People distributing these ROMs do have have the legal authority to do so, therefore they are illegal to download.

I really like that tune too! Thats also the music on the Island (I wish I could remember it's name)before you save the yoshis in Paper Mario 1.

Don't forget about Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, on Yoshi's Island, the title screen music for Yoshi's Island on the SNES is played throughout the entire area.

I was to busy getting a star rank in every cup in Mario Kart DS that I havn't gotten very far in Mario & Luigi PIT

EDIT: I got to Yoshi's Island.
