| Okay. Confusion.
How do you know when a guy likes you? Preferably answered by guys.. but girls.. go for it. And I guess we can turn this the other way around to... how do you know when a girl likes you? There can be that fuzzy inbetween in a relationship.. when you first start hooking up or whatever.. and you don't know for sure. Just... how do you know for sure? Do you ever know for sure? Discuss. I'm interested. |

| Oh, and for ANYONE who is taking the AP test for American History.. I strongly recommend History Teacher.net... amazing quizzes.. and a somewhat good topic-by-topic reveiw. I go there for the AP US quizzes... they're hard.. and kind of clue you into the way the questions are worded as well as topics you should REALLY study.

| The proctor called out 10 minutes.. and I had approximatly 25-30 questions left. That was ridiculous. I hadda guess half of them. I'm convinced I wrote three perfect essays though. Womens rights, industrialization and the south after the civil war (reconstruction error).. I ruled at that shit. I owned that part of the test. The multiple choice though... a tad shakey.
Mad hard test to take. But I'm relieved that it's over [= and I hope everyond did well on theirs. |

| I still haven't seen it. Might be weird seeing it... as most of my friends know someone who died that day.. as do I. So I dunno who I'd ask to go see it with me. My boyfriends uncle and cousin died.. they were firefighters. I'll probably go alone. Living in NYC around 9/11.. was probably the most depressing year of my life. | |||

| Morales aren't taught to you.. no matter how much parents, teachers, government officials or preachers want you to think. I don't have the same morales as my parents, or any of my teachers... I have my own. You go out into the world and you experience shit.. and you make your OWN judgements. My parents always told me "don't drink" "don't smoke" "don't have sex".. all that stuff.. they tried hard to teach me what to not do. But no sane child listens. Around the age of like 15 16 or so.. people get curious and decide they want to experience things for themselves and make their own judgements. So, as a rule.. I think one should be exposed to EVERYTHING. My parents censored nothing for me as a child. I was able to watch whatever movies, shows or anything that I wanted. I was allowed to listen to Eminem uncensored back in like 5th grade. Did it have an amazing profound effect on me that damaged my whole life? No.. it didn't. I like to have fun just like the rest of us on planet earth... but that does not make me morale-less.
And what do you say to the children of same gendered parents? My friend buddy (his real name is nick) had two moms his whole entire life. Should he just feel alienated and shunned and ignored and strange his whole life? Is it his fault that he has two moms? Can you choose your parents? No. He loves them both dearly. God forbid we expose two sides of an arguement to children. They all just might grow up to be gay. All of them.. because when they were 7.. their teacher read them a fairytale with homosexual connotations to it. No. That doesn't happen. Not even kind of. | Well I know he's interested by this point but I can't tell if he just wants ass or actually likes me. He's the lead singer in this local band.. and I always go to his shows.. and on stage he'll look right at me when he sings and we make dumb faces at each other.. lol.. but basically when we hang out we usually just drink and hookup and stuff. It's fun.. don't get me wrong it's a LOT of fun. But I'm definatly hoping he starts to take things more seriously soon. He asked me to his prom.. yay. Maybe I'm just thinking too much.
I just never have good clues as to when someone actually likes you though. I was with this guy for like a year and a half who treated me amazingly.. but cheated on me 2389479237 times I came to realize at the end of it... so yeah, maybe you can never really tell.. OMFUG.. hahah he's comming here now. Speak of the devil. 4 six packs of something and a whole day to kill. I love being 17. [= |

| My great grandma was 96 when she died.. like a couple of months agoish. There were pictures of her all over the funeral home.. she lived through SO MUCH. The Great Depression.. both world wars.. she remembered pearl harbor.. the cuban missile crisis. But you saw these pictures of her family of like 18 kids from the great depression all in ratty holey clothing in every picture with like toys made of pillowcases.. or just their house was like a little tin shack.. with 18 kids in it. Now that's CRAZY.
My other great grandmother lived until she was 80something.. she escaped from the Warsaw ghetto in Poland during WW2... through the SEWERS. I'm not even kidding. That's another crazy family story. Now.. I'd say the oldest people in my family are 70something.. my great uncle johnny or mary.. I'm not sure how old they are exactly. I know my grandparents on my dads side are in their 70s.. my grandpa just got a hip replaced. Irrelevant.. but yeah they're all 70something the oldest people in my family now. |

| Ask someone to go as a friend only. Preferably an already good friend who's a girl. It works 95% of the time. Or at least.. in what I've seen. My friend Kevin asked my sister to go as a friend.. and made it seem like they'd have MAD fun cause she knows everyone in the limo and such. I'm going with Dave.. but we're just going togeter as a date.. we're all gonna be in the same limo. Mad people are gonna be there.. it's gonna be so amazing I'm so EXCITED. Ahhh my first prom [=..
But yeah.. ask a friend. And be like "we'll just go as friends.. dance.. party it up.. it'll be fun!".. and ask a good friend who's a girl already. I mean.. it'll probably be more fun that way.. as opposed to going with someone you don't know that well as a "date". |

| I live in a ranch to... and we have these tiny ass basement-like windows that can only have ugly poofy valence curtains on them. So in my room I opted to not have curtains... at all.. because the poofy valence thing makes me want to stab an old lady or something. I'm looking for other styles that fit my small windows but that's about it.. and I have wood flooring in basically my whole house.. and I need to get a carpet thing for my room.. I was gonna go with something green and pink, because my walls are a deep spunky green and my sheets and lamp and stuff are spunky hot pink.
So yeah that's my room. Woo. My family's not big on decorating though.. our house is like always messy and for some housework to be done like decorating and such.. it's like a once in a lifetime event. We do that stuff like once every 10 years. |

| And it's not the free-masons.. it's the illuminati. And the book is fiction. It's just controversial because in this case there may have been some fine lines drawn between fiction and truth. Just things about Jesus being married to Mary Magdaline and them having children and such... I think that's the main thing that freaks people out. Because you don't know.. it doesn't say anything in the bible about it or anything really. When people don't know what's fictional and whats real.. they tend to get a little nutty.
And it has nothing to do with anti-semitism. His paintings supposedly carried symbols of mary magdaline in them. She's seated at jesus's left in the picture (supposedly) of the last supper. Then it's just supposed to be that Leonardo DaVinci painted scenes that glorified the sacred feminine.. and payed homage to a kind of female worship.. which embodies itself in mary magdaline. It's alot to explain.. there's just so many things to talk about when it comes to the DaVinci code. Seriously.. an amazing book. Go and read it now. |
