"SHHHIIIININNNNG FIIIIIINGER--- Er.. I.. I mean.. LIGHT'S BLESSSIIIIING~!"

If Ketra was paying attention, she would've noticed that the large sphere of danger she was trying to get away from was, infact, not getting any further. It was moving towards her at an alarming rate. Supa Dreamlander, being supported by a hovering star shaped object, was actually lifting the explosion into the air. Well, the explosion was encapsuled inside of a large bubble, but a large, hot air bubble was still tough to lift that far off the ground!

Supa Dreamlander: At this rate, this thing's gonna pop and really do some damage.. Aha! Shaolin Soccer Kick!

For a moment, Supa Dreamlander descended towards the ground, no longer pushing the encased explosion. All of a sudden, he sped upwards, and actually performed a backflip on his Warpstar, while giving a swift kick to the bubble.

And thus, the entire explosion caused by Ketra was gone, with no harm done to the city. Well, plenty of damage from the explosion's origin, but not as devastating as it would've been.

Supa Dreamlander: Why in the heck did you do that?!

The green helmeted hero flew up to Ketra.

Supa Dreamlander: *clears throat* Ahem.. That was a very bad thing to do. And I'm afraid I'm going to have to-- Huh?

His eye was caught by something. He looked up, and realized the bubble was coming right back.

Supa Dreamlander: HOLY CUCCO!! Um.. Um.. Um.... Coming back down like this, I can't touch it... Aha! I know!

He reached inside of his helmet, and pulled out two spray cans. There was a picture of a hand reaching out from clouds, with the entire scene X'd out. He jammed both cans into the Warp Star, and proceeded to hop. He hopped right off his vehicle, but latched onto the side as he was moving down.

The star tilted until Supa Dreamlander released his grip, and then it shot right into the encased explosion. The bubble popped the moment the Warp Star collided with it, but instead of unleashing a terrible wrath, it just started to rain. It rained in the entire city.

Supa Dreamlander popped his head out of the trashcan he landed inside of.

Supa Dreamlander: ... Black rain...

The rain droplets were of a black color, but aside from that, it wasn't poisonous.

Oh, and they were filled with Anti-God spray. That stuff slowly saps away special powers until they're almost gone... for a while that is, heh.

---------------------------

OoC Kirbynite: Phew.. all that just to spray everyone with anti-god ;

OoC Kirbynite: ... Er.. yeah, it affects Navis. It's originally a joke item used for messing around in the Craziness Domain back then, but uh.. it's meant to work here to..

------------------

Somewhere... a little kid wearing a striped shirt dug around in some trash...

*Well, let's see here...
*A helmet with feet and hands was found.

Supa Dreamlander: Erm.. Thank you, civilian.

Supa Dreamlander hopped onto the ground. He dusted himself off and let out a sigh.

Supa Dreamlander: Oi.. Hopefully that'll calm those guys down... Sheesh.. Playing around with powers like that is dangerous! They could've like.. used a virtual room.. or... Hm.. I wonder if Neo GG can be given an island 1-up...

He went into deep thought while he headed towards the local McDonalds. He never got his drink.

As soon it looked at me, I felt strange sharp feeling inside of me. I started to feel old agitations I thought I had forgotten rise out. I suddenly remembered a bulldozer being dropped onto my crops... I remembered being smacked in the face by shrimp.. Why was I remembering such nonsense?

I felt the Rex Wheelie slightly quivering. No doubt the poor thing was being affected as well. I made the decision that I had enough by pulling out my Star Rod from my backpack. The tiny star on the tip of my candy cane striped weapon shined brightly, and sprinkled the air with a trail of random colors.

The Rex Wheelie calmed down a bit as it felt warmed by the Star Rod's presence. I, too, felt a lot better.

"A weapon like that, I take it you don't have any moral fibers for me reach for easily, huh?" I spoke in a calm manner. I tried my best not to sound cocky.

"My helper doesn't feel like I should leave all of you be, but I'm a bit too busy to take care of.. whatever business you all have."

With a weapon like the one the Raichu has definitely be a large cause for trouble. I was itching for a fight, but I couldn't sway from my concern for my lost friend.

The Dreamlander looked around and notice the massive amount of Offline Trances.

Kirbynite: ... Do I have to inhale everyone and shoot them all across?

"Stopping even reincarnation.."

The power to nullify something as powerful as a hundred percent guarenteed clone gen-portable and one-ups... This is something that is quite impossible to ignore. And yet..

I still followed the muscular woman. My friends often called me a procrastinator at times. Sure, I work hard at what I do, but I admit I tend to leave things until the last moment. Of course, I had perfectly good reasoning to have done so before.

This time around, I'm not about to outweigh my friend with something as annoying as this power. I'll get to it eventually.

"Alright then," I said as I kept my grip firm on the Star Rod." I suppose you're not bringing me out here on friendly terms?"

Sidenote: Alright.. this story.. well, this is the third rebirth. Why have I been reincarnating this story so much? One, it's just what the Story Forum needs (think of it as a healthy serving of Danicess Soup). Also, It hasn't gotten far each time, and there's usually some event that kinda.. just kills the momentum in the story. But this time, we're gonna do it right, darnit!

Setting: The time.. some distant era. The past? Maybe. The future? Who knows. One thing that matters is that it's prime time for gunslingers, injuns, and all that "wild west" jazz.

Rules: Eh, I don't wanna be restricting. I just want everyone to have fun with this. If I have to, I'll yank your chain, however. I've come up with a "world" for roaming but still free for imaginations to make up what else can go there. And don't worry too much about getting out of hand or whatever. I'll figure out someway to fix matters, or just let it go if it works nicely. *nod nod*

----------------------------------------

It was another scorcher in Kakariko Gulch. Anyone who had any sense knew to stay under some shade. Those who had business to take care of without the comfort of a tall building's shadow suffered the wrath of the intense sun.

It was rather obvious that Hikari didn't care about the heat as she fastened another strap on a carriage while wearing a long sleeved, blue jacket. It was another successful milk delivery from the Outset Ranch. It was the only place for milk, so anyone with bones that are not yet rotten in this God forsaken town was more than grateful for the enriched calcium delivery.

Hikari pulled her ten gallon hat off her beautiful, crimson hair and wiped the sweat off her forehead with her right forearm.

Hikari: Hey. I'm gonna head to the saloon and get me a drink. If you're gonna stay out here, try not to get into any trouble, ya hear?

The driver of the carriage simply gave a hand gesture.

Hikari turned around and started walking, with her sunflower colored skirt flowing behind her. Her leather boots gave off a soft clunk on the wooden sidewalk as she stepped up to the saloon doors. As she pushed through the doors, her nose was greeted to a mixture of alcohol, 'fragrant' manly sweat, and tabacco.

The saloon was now filled with the sound of jingling spurs from Hikari's boots as everyone became quiet. There were all sorts of fashions inside. Ponchos, jeans, sombreros, fedoras, trenchcoats, khakis. Most of those fashions had scruffy, carved up visages wearing them.

The red haired girl stepped up to the counter and rested her left elbow.

Hikari: Chateau Romani, on the rocks. Yeah, I know I just delivered this stuff.

Her eyes wandered around the room. Everyone slowly went back to their conversations, gambling or oogling at the blonde saloon girl on the stage.

A mischevious grin ran across Hikari's face.

Hikari: You boys got worried without my protection out there?

"Hey! Shrub! Get me more booze, or that mouth of yers ain't gonna be the only gapin' hole in ya."

A strange sound came out of a tiny wooden creature as it scurried between the tables. It nearly ran into some meaty looking thugs on its way back to the counter.

"Leave that poor Deku Shrub alone, or I won't dance anymore."

"Ah, we're sorry, Miss Huang. Just keep lookin' purty and keep dancin'."

This level of politeness was quite rare in this town. However, since it was the popular saloon girl, Mitra, it was a different case.

Hikari: ... Don't tell the girls I've been drinkin', please.

A man hiccuped nearby Star. He wore an unusual tacky getup, with a frilled collar. His eyes were glazed over, and his mustache was drenched with milk.

Man: ..... Do you ever get tipsy on milk-hic?

OoC Hikari: It's gonna be all script-like and deja vu-y until someone throws a monkey wrench to change the flow of things... that or we get far enough. ;

------------------------

Hikari: Didn't need ya to be remindin' me of your parlor tricks, Johnny.

She was a bit tired of Johnathan's constant reminder of his abilities. Then again, it might've been she was envious that he was able to manifest his mana into something while she couldn't.

The music had reached a stopping point. It was time for the dancer and pianst to take a break. Some of the patrons finally realized Johnathan's little trick.

"What in tarnation.."

Hikari took another sip, and then realized that she didn't hear anymore music. She immediately tried to swallow what was left of her drink. Of course, the brand new ice cubes made it difficult.

Mitra: Hikari! Johnathan! Glenn!

A woman, taller than Hikari, but still shorter than Glenn, lunged at the Hikari and Johnathan. Mitra hugged both Hikari and Johnathan at the same time. Hikari's drink was almost forced back out of her throat.

Hikari: *strained* Fancy meetin' you, Mitra.

In a blurr of flashy clothes, and a few feathers from the dress, Mitra glomped Glenn. She squeezed Glenn harder than she did with the other two.

Hikari: *cough cough* You darn near made me lose mah drink, Mitra.

Mitra: I'm just happy to see you guys

It took a moment for Mitra to pry her own self away from Glenn. She let out a giggle with a faint, cherry color on her cheeks.

Mitra: Oh ho ho.. It's just another graaand day. Infact, today's the first day in a while withoutta fight!

Hikari noticed she didn't finish her drink, and so she took a sip. Her golden eyes shimmered as she felt the mana in her body become riled up. She wouldn't mind being able to take advantage of Chateau Romani's magic enhancing cabilities...

Another sip as taken.

She wasn't sure if she should care.

Hikari: I reckon its too early to be sayin' that.

She tilts her head over in the saloon door's way.

Hikari: That fella seem like he's gonna start somethin' with Johnny, here.

I picked myself up from the ground after losing my balance on the Rex Wheelie. It was a bit hard to concentrate after watching a lady pleading before you. I, however, regained myself and stood up straight. I gave my Star Rod a twirl and spoke with a smile.

"Don't you worry. I'm aimin' to take care of that demon lot."

I clicked a button on my Star Rod, turning on its Star Blast Charge feature. It wouldn't hurt to start gathering energy now.

"Though, I'd like to take my time in doing so. I don't understand what's going on in this world... Maybe gather up some newfound powers or something. Oh, and I've also got to look for a friend."

Supa Dreamlander emerged from the local McDonalds, sipping on a nice, cold drink. He looked around, noticing that the streets seemed to have calmed a bit. He nodded and then walked towards a nearby alley.

Supa Dreamlander: Gotta figure out a way to get back home..

I turned my Rex Wheelie away from where the woman was heading. I held up my right hand, giving a goodbye wave. I wasn't too sure if she noticed it, but it didn't hurt to still do so.

With a tap to the side, the one-wheeled motorcycle of mine started to move forward. It understood it shouldn't be pushing itself to move fast, since, well, it's kinda noisy when it's hauling ass.

During this little stroll, I was treated to seeing the remains of all the chaos that had occured before I arrived. Was the rest of the world like this? Or was it just this one area? I'd hope for the latter.. It's a lot harder to find information when there's no one to give some.

....I doubt the streets would change from its tormoiled appearance for a bit, though. I was heading to Jersey.

And just then... My treasure hunting senses had been set off. I don't know what it was, but my intuition told me I needed to travel to another continent. Perhaps.. it was my friend?I found it a bit strange for me to have felt that intuition, out of nowhere, but then again, this is Mitra we're talking about. She's had the knack of being surrounded by strange events from time to time.

....... I wasn't too sure if I was looking for an excuse to look for treasure, or to get as far away as possible, but it really was the only lead I had.

As to how to get to another continent.. Well..

OoC: Oh snap! I don't know what to say! Hell, I'm not gonna even care if I can't think of being consistent with anything right now..

--------------------

It was another beautiful day on Grape Gardens--

Kirbynite: Neo Grape Gardens.

Right, Neo Grape Gardens.

Anyway, it was a nice beautiful day. Kirbynite's crops were growing just fine infront of the Dreamlander household. Kirb was still a bit down to have his first ever set of grown crops to be destroyed during a party, but he's still hopeful.

'Cause, you know, you gotta believe.

Kirbynite: Geeze, I still can't get Pop's phrase out of my head. Bleh..

Gooey: Kirby!

Kirby: Hoy, Gooey. What's up?

Kirbynite, a short and round creature that resembled a pink ball with stubby arms and feet, was out in the fields, checking up on his crops. Gooey Matter, one of the local smart-types on the floating island of Neo Grape Gardens, popped out of nowhere, thanks to a star shaped hole that appeared in the air.

Gooey might have been a genius, but his vacant look and his speech sure doesn't make it seem like so.

Gooey: Wanting you being know. Object something new come is soon.

Kirbynite: Object? Like, some Lil' UFO? Or.. wait, is it really important? I'm working here..

Gooey: Probably. Machines saiding, "Warning!"

Kirbynite: .... Hm... I'm gonna have to keep an eye out on my crops...

OoC: Hi hi! o_____o

Kirbynite: Alrighty, Gooey. What's this device about?

Gooey: Reverse Tractor Beam.

Kirbynite: ... I.. um.. Ain't there something like that?

Gooey: Layman term. You wanting better being name?

Kirbynite: What does it do?

Gooey: Insta-wall. Anywhere, anytime.

Kirbynite: I don't know what to say, gumdrop. I.. uh.. Er.. This doesn't seem as spectacular as I'd expect it to be, but I suppose it's better than turning on the entire forcefield around the island.

The pink Dreamlander walked over to the machine that strangely looked like an old styled record player. He looked at it a bit, and gave it a swift kick. The machine proceeded to let out a humming noise.

Kirbynite: ... It's working I suppose?

Gooey: Y-yeah.. but.. no many kicking again...

A few moments later, what could be called an escape pod crashed in the center of the fields. An explosion of soil showered all of the crops, knocking them all down, or worse.

Kirbynite: .... Damnit, Gooey! What kind of force field is this?

Gooey: Like saying. Reverse Tractor Beam.

Kirbynite: I don't see any reversing! It seemed to have actually pulled in that object!

Gooey: Hm.... Maybe.. Kicking being fault. Reverse being switching.

Kirbynite: Turned on reverse?! What the bloody..

Kirby took a moment to look at the machine beside him.

Kirbynite: ... it's on reverse...

Gooey: Thanking for testing. Having fun with crops.

The navy blue gumdrop-shaped Dreamlander turned around and waddled towards the Dreamlander house.

Kirbynite: ... Gooey!! You did that on purpose, didn't you!?

"Me? Why, I'm the defender of justice. The destroyer of evil. The champion of the little guy." I gave a short laugh. I needed some form of light from all this gloom around me.

"Well, alright, that's just my part time job. My name's Kirbynite. And I'm just passing by. Actually, most people in my world shouldn't really know me either."

I suppose I spoke a bit cryptically, but I atleast answered his question.

((Ugh, sorry to hear about that misfortune, Adamant ))

Kirbynite let out a sigh as he walked over the dirt mounds that was once his fields of fruit and veggies. He kept walking until he stood over SomerZ's laid out body.

Kirbynite: *dull look* Interesting place to take a nap, Z. Were you testing out some new launching feature on your blimp? I would've expected that thing would've been deteriorated by now.
